  These people are a joke. They advertise this free consultation to those that qualify for such a service but they don’t follow through. I had an appointment for a free 20 minute phone consultation with a lawyer and nobody ever called. I emailed the contact person and she responded very promptly the first time stating they didn’t have my information. I sent her a copy of the confirmation and she replied that I would get a phone call that day. Still no phone call. I emailed her back and again n was told I would get a phone call but to no avail. She ignored my next 2 emails so I emailed the HBA directly and they never responded. I had expressed the grave importance of this consultation as it had a direct influence on the mental, emotional and physical well-being of a beautiful 4 year old boy and they said nothing. They also advertise their so-called “veterans initiative “ I guess so they are not left out of the many other institutions that care about helping their veterans. 21 years of service and more importantly, the well-being of a little child mean nothing to these people. And they want us to donate to this service that doesn’t exist?

  Attorney Darian Conston, I DO NOT recommend his service for any Civil Case.
  I retained his service in October 2017. Now in October 2020 My adoption case is know where Close to been completed.
  I feel he has wasted my time, my family time and my money.

  The first time I signed up to receive a call from a lawyer, I was sitting on ready waiting for the call, and had the phone on a table in front of me. Never heard my phone ring at the appointed time, and then looked at my phone, only to see somehow they had called without my phone ringing, and they had left a message that they had called. Tried to sign up for a call later that night but was unable to. The next day, I called to say what happened, and was told I would have to sign up again, which was over two weeks later. I signed up, and they called again at the appointed time, but I never heard my phone ring, and a message was left, that they had called, and would call back. To make certain I wouldn't miss the call again, I carried the phone in my hand, but they called again without my phone ringing, and left a message. Their intent is not to help people, but only to say they do, for the reputation of their aasociation.
