  Every person from my initial call to the completion of the job was polite and knowledgeable. They removed my old tub and put in a new shower. Johnny explained the process , materials, and payment options before hand and answered all my questions. My installer Jaymez was very professional and worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the work. There were a lot of challenges with my old plumbing but he always knew what to do . My new shower is beautiful!
  I would definitely recommend this company as the materials are very well made and the price is reasonable. They even offer a lifetime guarantee.

  The installation happened right on schedule and the installers were right on time. They didn’t leave a speck of dust or dirt in our home.
  
  The product is beautiful and looks like real marble. The pex plumbing lines they used to replace our copper lines will likely last longer than the house.
They were careful to ensure that there weren’t any gaps between their product and the sheetrock, floor tile or anything where they installed new product.
They were able to replace our rounded tub surround without any issues.
  
  Five Star was very easy to do business with, their installation professionals were top-notch and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do bathroom remodeling work.

  We did a tub to shower conversion and the team that worked on all aspects of the project were wonderful. Highly professional, on time and very responsive. We are very happy with the end product. I would highly recommend.

  I'm grateful to have found them after searching about 5 months. My new stand up shower without doors is perfect. It's clean,fresh,sturdy and easily accessible. Ankita made sure I was a satisfied customer and I'm am. My new shower is perfect in my house.
