Nice courteous ppl nice clean good sized rooms and rate reasonable also shuttle van the next dayTook me back to the truck dealership no charge and the lady who drives is the nicest and very professional.One of the nicest places I've stayed who made me feel like more than an average customer they're good with detail also

The woman that greeted us in the lobby and helped check us in was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Great place to stay!

For the conference I attended, this was an excellent venue. The facilities were neat and clean, and the audio/visual equipment all worked well. Even the lunch was good. I would gladly attend a conference here again.

The location is great if you're coming from the north, although it's a little hard to tell where to enter the parking lot. Unfortunately, there were dead bugs in our bathroom and the hotel was overbooked, so we were stuck with that room. They were removed the following morning and we were given a formal letter of apology and a coupon for food, but the bugs coupled with the lack of any kind of free breakfast means we likely won't be back again. The large pool was the only really enjoyable thing about our stay.

Easy to get to, right off I69. The rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds (although the bathrooms are a little "cozy"). We didn't get room service, but the service from our servers at the conference meals were terrific! Will definitely stay there again, if the need arises!

This Ramada has a helpful, friendly and informative staff.
The offer a package that includes a full breakfast on the 6th floor.
They also just upgraded their beds which are super comfortable with great support.

Cool wedding venue. Didn't stay the night, but seemed like a lot going on with the pool for visitors. Hallways and a few public spaces seemed a bit dated but again, I have no experience with any of the rooms since I was there for a wedding. The wedding room itself in the domed area was nice.

Guy at the front desk (late evening shift) struggled with check in, bad start. He was not professional. Did not seem to know the system very well. Card keys don't work well. You have to try them several times. The room was neat but not swept very well. The bed sinks in. If avoidable I will never stay here again. It wasn't my choice in the first place but was here for soccer. Just a bad hotel.

There's a Mexican restaurant across from the hotel.. the beds are so comfortable the workers so nice and friendly.. I would definitely recommend..

Atended social gala event. Nice & fancy with decorative chandelier lights. Nice, clean restroom. Not super-great back door entrance though.

Decent looking hotel. I attended the Beer, Bourbon, & Bacon fest here. Friendly and helpful staff with a good venue. Great place for the brewfest!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Well stocked with linens, very clean and welcoming. Excellent stay. Looking forward to my next visit.
