I always use the same 2 techs, one for nails Ty and the other for Pedi Hanna, I'm always completely satisfied, they are very detail oriented, and aim to please!

This place is great and clean. The only downfall is I have gotten one lady that couldn't speak any English and was super rough when doing my pedicure I had to stop her and tell her she was hurting me. Aside from that I have had good experiences every time I have gone.

Bon did my nails. He was fast, gentle, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails. This was my first time here. I am VERY impressed with this establishment!!

Bon always does a great job with my nails. He can do any design I show him but better. And it's the cheapest nail place I've found that is high quality & fair pricing when it comes to extra designs and/or tips.

I was told by a co-worker this was a great place. So I decided to check it out. I was impressed by the place itself. Although, the service was nothing close to great. I was there for a pedicure and manicure. After finishing my pedicure they took me to the front area. They said all seats were taken so they sat me down on the side counter that is used to store their personal items. She did my nails in a rush. Didn't even do a massage and what my selection of a manicure described. In less than a week the shellac chipped off. As I was seating there I saw there were at least 4 open chairs. I don't know why I was seated where I was. I'm not sure the cost was worth the poor service.

Amazing experience. I've been to many salons and I have always had them know exactly what I want and get my nails perfect every time. From acrylic to gel waxing to nails. Always happy with the service. I would love it if they started doing the new powder dip nails.

Went there for daughter to get full set. Went back for fill. Then went back 3rd time a boy helped her that time. Everytime she has gone there her fingers bleed their very rough nail people and your fingers are soar for days. We got sick of it so we went to Walmart in Poulsbo much better! They actually talk to you and there is even conversation! Much better service.
I do not recommend the Hot Nails. Go somewhere else save the heart ache.response / report this review -

Love coming here! Used to be my preferred place for random pedi's. 6months ago I got nails put on and only come here for fills and girl dates with friends. Service is good, hard working, friendly. Price is good. Looking forward to the remodel next month.
