  Enjoyed every minute of my Spa day trip today with all you ladies! thank you for making me feel so welcome, warm and comfortable, not to mention taking care of my every issue! Weight loss, Juvederm, Botox, laser genesis and you know I will be back,:-) I always love it! Thank you all Jesika, Michele, Jennifer and Drs!!

  Wonderful experience from the warm check In process to the personalized treatments with the caring and concerned medical staff that addressed all of my concerns!! These ladies/all staff of Medical Aesthetics at Guilford make you feel at ease, comfortable and pampered! Will be back and referring friends!! Thank you all for the professional welcoming environment!! Highly recommend to look your best to go see them!! 😎👍

  Love this office, doing great on the weight loss plan and Jennifer is always so great at helping to find me the perfect appointment! Michele is great and so encouraging, I think that is what makes the plan really work! Scheduled my 1st appt with Jessica for botox, nervous but really excited. Her before and after photos are amazing!!! Love this office and staff!!

  OMG Michele and Jennifer are the best. They made me feel welcome and comfortable in their peaceful and well decorated environment. Jennifer was so sweet and great from the time I walked in to the time I left. It was like an escape from a regular medical facility. I lost 20 pounds on their weight loss program. I feel so good about myself. I also had Botox done and the results are GREAT and AMAZING!!! I am going back for Sculpsure for the trouble areas next week. I would recommend them to all my friends.

  Another great appointment !! Front and back office staff are beyond friendly and on top of things. I was greeted by Jennifer at the front office with a smile and she took me back immediately . Back office staff Michelle , was just as kind and more smiles. Very refreshing!! After the appointment I was taken back up from where Jennifer had my next appointment already scheduled. All together great office staff!!!

  Yesterday I went for my second visit. I enjoyed the first one but after yesterday I will not be back. I had to take my children with me because my husband wasn't home yet. I have three 7, 4, & 3. My appointment was at 6 and I arrived at 5:59. There was another lady also there with her daughter. I was attempting to keep my kids relaxed but any mother know that's difficult especially in a small space. The lady in the front not sure of her name but small frame and blonde hair. My kids were playing with the pamphlets and she was saying, "Um excuse y'all can't do that. You're tearing up our property." In a very rude tone and manner. At this point I am frustrated because you are speaking to my children first off, and then under her breath says "WOW." Clearly this woman should not be on the front end of patient interactions. Even the other mother was surprised by what she said. I brought books for them, but of course that only lasts so long. The other mother at about 6 15 was asked if she had an appointment. She said she did but they could not find it in the computer and was asked to reschedule. I guess they worked something out because they let her go back even though I had a confirmed appointment in the computer. I asked her why did you take her back before me when I have an appointment? She said she doesn't have any control of the order. Then a second lady comes in and they also take her back before me. At this point it's 6:30. I spoke with the lady again and expressed my concerns with her behavior towards my children. She said I can't allow them to destroy our property. Honestly children aren't even allowed to be here. I asked did I sign any paperwork stating that? She spoke with the other women there in the front desk and they said this is a wellness center. It's not a regular doctors office. But of course she had to say no. At this point I'm almost to the point of tears for the lack of professionalism and being told my children aren't welcome. So I was just looking at her. Then she says, "If you want to yell at me go ahead I'm right here." I left. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone because of my horrible experience. They should accommodate me not the other way around. My kids are playful but were not even destroying anything. I am a Christian and I would not act like a bigot. I will never spend another dime here. Save your money. To Guilford Aesthetics, I am appalled. It was not a normal instance for me to have my children there but because I did it was clearly a problem. I did sign paperwork stating I would honor the program, which is exactly what I was doing. I am a real person and this entire interaction from beginning to end was demeaning and inappropriate. I had no problems whatsoever with the physician himself. But being that upon entry my children and I were belittled and harassed I won't go back. I am firing this office. Hire appropriate personnel to staff your office. Ones with hearts.
