  I researched Gravely ZT mowers found Horizon Outdoor in St. Joseph. I contacted Horizon and spoke to Mike. I explained to him that I have about 3 + acres to mow and have had trouble with mowers from the big box stores. After discussing the options on the different model ZT mowers I decided on the Gravely HD 60. I have been very happy with the HD 60. It cut are mowing time in half. I have taken are HD 60 in for service and was very pleased with the high quality service I received. Horizon Outdoor is wonderful to work with.

  Worst repeat Worst place to buy anything. Rude employees, bad counter service, And a complete failure at backing up or explaining equipment you purchased from them. They will never get any of my business again. So due yourself a favor buy your John Deere or Gravely from someone else.

  I called ahead to see about chainsaw chain sharpening on a Saturday morning. Person on the phone said it wasn't a problem. I left a job site and drove my F-750 across town to have a couple chains sharpened. Upon arrival the guy at the counter said they were too busy and wouldn't have time today. I made mention I called ahead, showed the guy my call log and reminded him I drove a rather large F-750 truck across town. It didn't change a thing, no time for me. Potential customers beware.   Stopped in today and was amazed at the selection of cool stuff, just amazing. Angie, Ron, Cody, Mike, everyone was very helpful and, like always, a joy to buy from. Great service at a fair price, what more could you want?

  Went there today to pick up a belt for lawn mower that I have owned for more than 10 years. The service was the worst, I wont be back. There prices are way to high as all places with the John Deer logo. Came home without a simple belt and ordered it online for half the price. Also found other parts for regular maintenance for half the price I have been paying for years.
  
  I will not be back again.
