We stayed here overnight on our way from Colorado to Texas. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade from a 1 bedroom King with a Waterfront view to a 1 bedroom with 2 Queens, which we accepted since we arrived pretty late at night and thought the extra bed would be easier than dealing with the pullout sofabed for our 6yo. As it turned out the upgrade was a ground floor, handicapped accessable room, arms length from the back door of the hotel. The accessable shower was pretty awkward -- the button that held the sliding shower head was broken and it wouldn't stay in the higher position. Aside from that, the back door slammed pretty loudly every few minutes as other guests went in and out throughout the night. When the attendant asked my wife how our night was during checkout, she mentioned the issues. They apologized, but let her know there wasn't anything they could do since we didn't check-in with our Hilton Honors number. I shared our experience in response to the "how was your stay" email. They offered us 25,000 Honors points -- for comparison, the room we'd booked originally currently goes for around 60,000 points per night. 3 stars for the customer service attempt, but not really a restful experience overall.

Very nice Homewood Suites. They have studio and one bedroom rooms. Both room types are about the same size, the one bedroom just has a dividing wall. The rooms have a small kitchen. The hotel has a pantry store and complementary breakfast. Hotel is also dog friendly.

This hotel is exceptionally well run. The hotel itself is kept in pristine condition, inn side and out. The staff is absolutely fantastic to include everyone. The front desk are some of the most highly competent I've dealt with in guest services, and I do so often. Highly recommend this establishment for any size party and any occasion.

We used this gorgeous hotel as our wedding hotel. My bridesmaids and I stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a separate sitting room with pull out sofa the night before the wedding. The room was very spacious and had enough closet space for all 5 of our dresses. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was great and the view from the sitting area is beautiful. On our wedding day the staff went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience. i was able to leave room keys for my day of coordinator and my husband at the front desk so they had access to the suite. When my husband went to check in to our wedding night hotel they upgraded us to a presidential suite for free! The presidential suite was amazing and over the top for our special day. Thank you so much to all the staff on September 21, 2017 who helped us have a relaxing stay!

I arrived to take a tour of the hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly. The lobby was packed with tables and felt crowded. The decor was dated. The rooms were very nice, and I loved that every room has a separate sitting area with big TV's in both areas.

I tried reserving a room for my sister as a wedding gift, but the website wouldn't allow it. Then I tried calling, enduring a glitchy computer system, and finally talking to a person, who said we would need to make the reservation in person. Luckily, the hotel is here in town, so I went and got it done rather quickly. The staff was very helpful and the lobby looked immaculate.

I didn't stay overnight, I was picking my daughter up from staying the night with out of town relatives. The lobby was gorgeous and clean. Behind the 2 sided fire place in the lobby was the dining area. Beautiful and comfortable feeling. Rooms were super nice. They stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Chairs were comfortable. I didn't feel the beds so I cant comment on that. The towels were pretty rough. But I've never stayed at a hotel where they weren't.

Great stay in general. This was a solo business trip; working down at McConnell AFB. Front desk staff excellent; very pleasant and accommodating. Staff in general was great. Nice location; relatively quiet. Good restaurants within walking distance. Several shopping plazas nearby. Laundry room has 2 washers and 4 dryers; dryers work great. Not really a lot to complain about. Beer and wine at evening social is a nice plus. Highly recommend and would stay at again.

In town for a volleyball tournament and the hotel was beautiful and very helpful! Staff was amazing in opening the complimentary breakfast early for us! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

I'm actually staying at this hotel right now! As a diamond member, I have stayed at Hiltons all over the country at all star levels. This hotel is the cleanest and most well ran out of all of them (not taking away from the others but this one has it down).

The staff here are warm and greet you like they really care that you decided to stay. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating.

The evening reception is wonderful, the server is constantly checking to see if you need anything..Great guy!

I couldn't find a dirty spot in the lobby or the room. The upkeep is second to none.

Thank you Homewood..You are now my choice for business in Wichita.

This was one of the nicest Homewood Suites I've been to. It's very clean and looks brand new. All if the staff are friendly and go out of their way to greet you and make you feel welcome. They're very good about keeping the breakfast items hot and filled. The location is also quiet and has shopping and restaurants nearby.

My only issue, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is there was a strong odor in the hallway during our entire stay. Made me a little sick to my stomach.

Best stay ever at a hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best with lots of choices and never out of anything. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty for the kids to do, outdoor basketball court and golf putting green, indoor pool and hot tub, games and movies to take to the room. The hotel is close to shopping and great food choices. Going back soon with more friends and family.
