The people were polite and helpful. The place was quiet and clean. The hotel is tucked back a bit off the road but easy enough to get to.

I think the hotel has been recently updated. Its not fancy but it was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the price was very cheap.

The guy on duty at night cussed at my children and called my room after 10 saying there was a complaint for our door shutting when he was then one walking by outside n heard the door. So no complaint just him yelling and cursing at children. Very rude when he called the room saying he was going to kick us out. I had kids laying down for bed so there was no loud noises going on in our room.

The place is clean but has an odor that lingers. There is construction nearby so takes away from the overall presentation. Place needs to be renovated but will do for an overnight stay etc. It is convenient and next to the mall. The place has a mini fridge and microwave.

This hotel deserves a 0 rating! This was the last available hotel. We should have just slept in our vehicle. I don't even want to go to sleep. The room smells like smoke and it's musty even though it's supposed to be a non smoking room. It's supposed to have two queen beds but they are only full beds. One sheet isn't even on the bed correctly. Remote barely works. I am afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes. There's something on the mat in the bathtub. There were only three towels to use. Light switches are disgusting! We paid $113 dollars for this room and it isn't worth a penny! This place should be shut down! I seriously don't think this place would refund my money, but they should! I am going to get a hold of the corporate office! This is horrible!

Smoke burns on the sheets and blankets, door key pad would not work consistently and sometimes the door would not lock. Safety was a concern due to the doors and if you wanted to get ice in the dark room. Food is terrible, rock hard biscuits, warm milk and coffee that could strip paint off your car. The tv remote works if you hold it just right and press hard on the buttons. The bathroom is disgusting and my 100 year old great grandma could tile and grout better.

Amazing staff at the reception very professional and friendly. The rooms are great for the price with complimentary breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. Great value for your money

Is this place even open anymore? For the past 3 days I've been calling up there two to three times a day. The phone rings and rings, about 10 rings before i give up. Still haven't gotten anyone to answer the phone. How can people make reservations over the phone if no one answers?

Location is currently difficult to get to due to construction in the are. Room was adequate but dated. Some of the tiles in the drop ceiling of the bathroom needed to be replaced.

Stayed their about 6 weeks ago.. had confirmation of non-smoking room.. arrived.. no non-smoking rooms. Stayed in stinky room.. moved next day.. to room with non functioning TV and dvd.. then moved to one with dvd/tv that worked.. but smelled of animals. Decided to give them another chance. Booked room 7/15 at 4:45, at 5:30 girlfriend told me she was puking and couldn't go.. my own gut was churning. Called them.. said they would take my money anyway.. admitted if I had not paid up front they couldn't but that is their policy to rip off sick people if they can. The manager had the discretion not to do so.. but chose to. Was told I could come bye next week and see manager.. if it is contagious I will. Run don't walk from this place.
