The doctor's are great, however Cheridan, a vet tech is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and the reason my pup and I will not be back.

Not impressed by the customer service. They are very eager to push expensive tests on you without real probable cause. This is a service and there's plenty of other vets in Fort Collins.

Dr. White is without question the best vet we have every had, we bought our dogs to him for almost a decade and every time he was kind and patient. He developed a personal relationship with us and I truly wonderful person and exceptional vet.
Unfortunately the supporting staff seem to have steadily become more and more rude, to the point that not even having Dr. White back full time makes it worth the torture of taking our dogs there any longer. Very sad to goresponse / report this review -

Dr. White and all the staff here are wonderful. Dr. White shows compassion to all the animals he see's and treats. When we had to put our dog down he was the best. Our favorite vets!

Dr. White and his office staff are so good with my nervous dog. I can't say enough good things about how gentle he is and how well my dog responds to that.

We were vacationing in the area, when our little Westie dog, Gracie got sick with a pretty bad eye infection. Harmony Hospital came to the rescue. Specifically, Dr. Rob Cordery-Cotter! He was amazing with Gracie. Totally professional, but at the same time - very caring. Upon the Doctor's arrival, Gracie, even in her pain, actually came over to greet him - speaking volumes to us on his character. Usually, dogs flee from any vets!! Dr. Cordery-Cotter diagnosed our little girl with an extraordinary bedside manner, prescribed the right meds, and now two weeks later and we're home, Gracie has made a full recovery. Fort Collins residents should be so lucky to have him for their pets' vet! Thank you Dr. Cordery-Cotter and all your staff.

Dr. Jerry White has been my family vet since 2001. From day one, he has maintained special relationships with each animal. With each issue we've experienced, he provides gentle, loving diagnosis, thoughtful, complete explanations and follow-up to ensure all is well. Dr. White has referred my dog to others for specialty surgery, even when he could have performed a different procedure himself. No doubt there are many terrific veterinarians in this Vet Hospital town. Jerry White has been absolutely fantastic for me.
