My dogs have had excellent veterinary care at Paws of the Rockies. Dr Mark is a gifted vet and he is skilled at balancing best practices with the concerns of his clients. He has honored my desire to be conservative in the treatment of one dog's issues to see if time would work for us. When time was of the essence he tackled issues with everything available. Dr Holmes's medical staff is exceptionally well trained and skilled in providing care. The wonderful staff out front has always been responsive and empathetic. It's obvious that everyone at Paws of the Rockies loves what they do as well as loving animals and enjoying people.
It has been a difficult year for my family and our animals and we never would have made it this far without the help of Dr Mark and his awesome team. I'm forever grateful for their help.response / report this review -

We took our puppy to paws of the Rockies as soon as we adopted her, using the free check that the animal hospital provides to pets coming from shelters. The attention was magnificent since then, with a great staff who seem to genuinely care about our pet. They were available when we had doubts and concerns, willing to provide knowledge and tranquility when we were freaking out about any issue. The follow up after any visit is worth mentioning. I highly recommend Paws of the Rockies.

My kitties and my pup have been going to Paws of the Rockies for a little over a year. I love the reminder calls and the follow-up calls for my pets to make sure everybody is ok and happy! I also appreciate the accurate quote pricing that helps me both take care of my pets and be mindful of budget, too. My kitties love Dr. Brooke and Dr. Mark and my quirky dog tolerates going pretty well. Fantastic service, kind staff, and wonderful care for my fur-babies! Thank you Paws of the Rockies!

I can't enough about Dr.Mark Holmes and his entire staff! Genuine care and concern for our sick pup and with 24 hrs. A new lively pup was on his way to recovery. Being a new client to the vet hospital, they got us in right away and gave our puppy undivided love and care that he needed. Everyone working here is so kind and always greats us with a calming and comforting smile! Thank you Paws of the Rockies! With all the vets in FoCo- we hit the jack pot!

Incompetence lost you business today. Last week I scheduled an appointment for today, but when I showed up you did not have me on the schedule at all - not today or any other day. The only plausible explanation for this is the person that I spoke with on the phone failed to actually make the appointment for me. On top of that - instead of being apologetic, sympathetic, or evening offering an explanation.the lady at the front desk simply said I could re-schedule. In reality today was the only day this week that could have worked for me. I did not make an appointment to show up and make another appointment. You have wasted my time, one thing I cannot stand, and it was due to somebody's incompetence on your staff. It seems apparent that my time doesn't mean much to you, but it is worth something to me. I will not be back.

My sweet Gertrude was having some digestion issues and when I brought her in the staff was friendly, did a thorough exam and sent me with some information on puppy digestion. They even suggested an inexpensive fix pumpkin from a can! Would definitely recommend Paws of the Rockies to anyone who cares for their pets like family.

Dr. Mark and his staff always take great care of my boys! We've been taking our dogs there since 2009 when we moved to Fort Collins. We moved to Windsor in 2011 and continue to go to Paws because they genuinely care about our animals.
