They always have sooo many different drinks to choose from. If you are like me and love to try different things to drink, you'll love this place. It has something for everyone. The best part is upstairs!!

Went there over the summer with a group of friends from out of town. They were curious from the reviews they had read online. Food was amazing, lots of options for shareable eats. They especially liked the burgers the most. The outdoor seating reminded me of a Ren Faire.

Amazing German food and a vast selection of German and Belgian beers on tap. Brittany our bartender was excellent, super friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be coming back next time I'm in Louisville.

Unfortunately I used to love this place until I got two to three skunked beers and ciders. It was awful and expensive. The atmosphere is amazing and I love this place, but each of the skunked drinks had the same awful flavor and we even bought a bottled cider to try to avoid it. I have eaten the fries which are good, but hopefully the drinks have changed.

Great selection of beers. Burgers were really good. Very nice setting, with a room upstairs for large group bookings, nice outside area and downstairs bar area. Some interesting decorations that Christians may not approve.

What a magical place! Great beer selection and amazing food. The coolest part is sitting in the Biergarten; with the lights, people and foliage, it’s cozy, and you really feel transported

Have been coming to this bar for years and always love it. They have an extensive beer selection, which is always changing and always interesting. If it's your first time going, don't limit yourself to the main room if it's crowded. Be sure to check out the beer garden and choir loft!

Beer selection is amazing and diverse! Food is good. I'm not accustomed to being able to smoke where food is served anymore (patio) so that threw me off a bit. The space is beautiful

Perfect little beer garden. Love the beer menu. The food menu is limited, but everything we ate was excellent. The mussels were the best I've had since my trip to Belgium. The cheese and beer pairing was also great. My husband's burger was coooked perfectly. Parking is an issue so give yourself extra time to find a space. The service was seamless, no problems at all.

This is our favorite neighborhood bar that has a ton of unique beers that are constantly rotating. The beer garden is awesome in the summer! The food is also delicious and there are a few vegetarian options. The only reason I am dinging it a star is because it is usually packed and loud and hard to find a place to have a quiet conversation. Certainly it is quieter at off times, but most times I have visited it is hard to find a seat, let alone a table for a group.

This is an awesome little bar. Stopped here from out of town, and was really pleased by the small tight knit feel.
The outside patio is absolutely fantastic with it's stained glass lights and make sure to check out the Choir Loft upstairs.

Undoubtedly the best beer bar in Louisville. The staff really knows their stuff, the food and drink are top notch and the patio is gorgeous. If you're in Louisville and want to have some truly extraordinary beer look no further.
