My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always a pleasant stay. The hotel is simple and clean; the towels are thick and the beds comfy; the breakfast is solid; the staff are helpful; and the view of the Lake and the town is pretty cool. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location, and was clean in all areas we visited. The only issues we had is that the A/C in the rooms have been converted from old wall units to a wall mount, and we needed to re-set the breaker to get the A/C on. Also, in the shower, it was difficult to pull the shower plug up to get the shower at full water pressure. Also, one of the lamps had a faulty / flickering light bulb. But, the staff was amazing, the room was very clean, and the beds were super cozy. Also, there are ample towels in the restroom, and the in-room refrigerator was a nice bonus.

Staff is nice. Hotel interior super outdated. Room was motel quality. Very outdated. Bathroom was nice and fine. Bedding was gross. What hotel chain doesn’t use duvet covers and thick Blankets at this point in the game? Furniture dark, carpets dark, old and ugly. 80s art. This place needs a face lift baaaaaad.

Has all amenities you need from a hotel. And it's free. So much better than all these other places which charge for water, microwave, fridge etc. Recommend this place

Nice quiet location. Plenty of parking. Quite easy to access. Room was very large and spotless. Very much enjoyed the pool too. The staff were quite helpful and accommodating. Positive experience!

The room was big, the beds comfortable and the breakfast included and plenty. It had a pool but the first days it was out of order and then it was filled to the brim with people who were not staying at the hotel.

Upon arrival I greeted so warmly,front desk remembering me from a phone conversation. Rooms are spacious and clean. ..love that. Nice view, reasonable cost. That's all I require!

Theyre awesome. Clean rooms. I stay here pretty often. They never disappoint. Location is great next to freeway and lots of food places around. Quiet area. The people at front desk are so nice and welcoming.

Great location of this Best western. Parking had plenty of lighting for safety. Very quiet being so close to freeway. We all had a pleasant night sleep in our comfortable room. Very open hotel atmosphere @ a great price. Thanks Best Western @ Lake Elsinore

Really liked the view of the lake from the outside dining area. The breakfast was pretty good! Normally, free breakfasts are kinda just meh.. But this place had juices that actually tasted like juice and a pretty good variety of food.

Alexis and avi are the best they always make us feel welcome!!!!! We come for senior softball and always enjoy our stay!!! The waffles are awesome and the view is awesome!! The rooms on the ground floor are great for a group they give you French door access to meet up with friends and family

This was a stay that my family and I will remember for a long time, we had a beautiful view of the mountains, the staff was outstanding and helpful in every way. The hotel is older but kept clean, just normal wear and tear. Pool and hot tub in a nice well lit area. The neighborhood surrounding is quiet and you are surrounded by mountains. Breakfast was good as far as hotel fare goes and everything was kept hot and full. Very homey feel, I would recommend it to anyone!

Not a bad place to stay, but there's not much to brag about. It's clean and reasonably comfortable, but the showers are weak. The breakfast was included but only average, as the waffle/pancake maker wasn't working and the bananas were very spotty. Still got enough to eat, but bacon and yogurt isn't exactly the start I was looking for. It's a good place to a good night's sleep, but don't expect much more than that.
