I drove 25 miles here to get a physical and drug test. Upon arrival they had the wrong company on my paperwork. I waited a long time before being called back just for them to have paperwork for the wrong company. They than make me sit back in the waiting room while they figured it out. They call me and I get the physical and drug screen done. They were complaining about the new receptionist and even stated they do these readings for this company every day. I leave and go to my job which is 28 miles away. I receive a phone call stating they didn't have me do the proper testing. So I now have missed out on hours of work and have driven well over 100 miles because of their miss direction. This is my second time with this office and I wouldn't recommend any employer to use them.

As a Physical Therapist, I find this office to be very effective. It's tough to work in the world of workman's compensation claims and they do their best to get patients better as fast as they can. They are also very effective in moving patients to physical therapy and/or a specialist when it is appropriate. I believe that they want individuals to return to work and to work effectively and safely. I would recommend any company or individual to work with the Holland Medicenter.

Worse place ever. Called to schedule an appointment and the woman who answered was the rude and useless. The waits here are ridiculously long and not because of hard working staff. Nurses just sitting next to charts talking. Terrible service and RUDE RUDE RUDE employees. Go anywhere else you can !

Worst med center I have ever been to. Had to go for a pretty employment drug screen. Sat waiting for over 45 minutes while I could see the lab tech talking and faxing stuff. There were no patients called back for the whole 45 minutes I was sitting there. I had to ask the lady at the desk if there was anyone working and when I should expect to be seen. Pretty sure a manager over heard my complaint, because I could hear the girl at the desk validate my complaint to someone and then I was finally seen 2 minutes later. Now, 3 weeks later, the company that the test was for still doesn't have results. How did they lose my sample or don't have my results? If you have to go here so a drug test, find out if there is another place you can go. Save your self the hassle.
