  Incredible teachers in a warm and welcoming environment. The aerial class was amazing, and Marie is incredible at holding space during the yoga sessions. My fave place to be on the lakeshore!

  I always try to give businesses (especially in the service industry) the benefit of the doubt when I have problems; but unfortunately, Lakeshore Yoga Center had three strikes when I attempted to attend a beginner's aerial yoga class this past Saturday. And thus I feel the need to inform any potential future customers of their problems.
  
  1. They did not update the Facebook event page to reflect that the class was full.
  2. They did not answer their phone when I tried to call twice on the 35 minute drive to their facility.
  3. We arrived just as the class started. We were in line and a woman asked our names. We stated that we did not have tickets. She curtly informed us the class was full and proceeded to ignore us while I attempted to ask questions. A simple apology would have improved my experience. And maybe would have prevented this review.
  
  I understand that I probably should have bought tickets ahead of time, but this was no excuse for the way I was treated.
  
  Please inform your customers that the class is full, answer your phone, and apologize, or at least acknowledge your customers when they have questions. I will not be returning to take any yoga classes in the future.
