  This hotel was the worst of the worst never coming back ever again! Talked to the Manager named Kimberly and she didn't even look presentable her hair was wet. She wasn't even ready for work and to be honest she was rude to me whenever i had a question about something. Never ever coming back to this hotel because of her. She was also rude to her employees as well. Not what I want when I need a place to stay.I want everyone to be happy including the staff.

  The only reason im giving the hotel 3 stars is be cause the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the hotel is nice and clean. I do have a problem with a staff member my wife and i talked to in the elevator. I think she was the cleaning staff of something. Her name was Hailee and she had really glassy eyes and reaked of Marijuana and kinda rude but the stay was good except that one problem.

  Stay here whenever I'm in the area. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Fitness room has more than one treadmill and one elliptical. Large pool and hot tub with a kiddie pool too.

  Beware! there are thieves in housekeeping. The housing manager is reluctant to help customers retrieve their items, or is unethically covering for deviant employee(s)

  Great service and clean rooms. Front desk was always very helpful. I love that if you forget anything small on your trip, like a toothbrush, or toothpaste, they will give you a complimentary one.

  Good standard HIE. Staff are always friendly. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is always terrible. If you have anything you need done with a signal, forget it. Have stayed here multiple times and it's never gotten better

  Rooms are nicely decorated with up to date furnishings. Staff is pleasant. They have managers socials Monday's to Thursday's with free drinks.

  Nice clean room. Bathroom was very large and had an Lcd TV in it. Shower head was garbage. Free breakfast was a nice touch. AC uniy in the room was inadequate in my opinion

  Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Missed breakfast, and didn't have a chance to use the pool. Can say the guest laundry works great though!

  Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Only one bathroom. At minimum sink should be separate from toilet and tub. Housekeeping staff was rude. Housekeeping carts stored in front of ice and vending machines making them inaccesible. Pool needs to be monitored. Pool rules ignored by other guests with toddlers in the whirlpool when minimum age rule was clearly posted less than 6 feet from whirl pool entrance. Recommend having a time cut off. Kids out at a specific time to allow non parents to enjoy the facilities without being splashed or getting beach balls to the face. Windows need to be updated as they leak. Disappointed.
  
  Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options. Rooms are clean and mostly comfortable.
  
  Would come back but expectations would be lower.
