This Holliday Inn is always clean.the employees are knowledge and friendly. Roomy rooms.
My 2nd time staying here, been pleasant and hassle free stay both timres.

We recently stayed in this hotel with our hockey team and it was made known from the moment we checked in, that the manager did not want us there. Her comment as some of the parents were leaving the hotel was "I can't wait until these kids are out of here". Mind you this is a hockey team of 12 year olds who don't run the halls, but rather stay in rooms and play with electronics, maybe spend a little time in the pool. She also very rudely accused a parent of bringing a beer into the restaurant a beer he had just purchased from the restaurant bar while she was in there. Our entire weekend she made it no secret that we were not welcomed there, even though they were fully aware we were making the reservations for a hockey team. There was a fire alarm on Friday night and again she was rude to guests. No one in the hotel was prepared to handle the situation. Rooms were clean and the rest of the staff was fine, however, I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone, solely based on the attitude we received from the manager the entire weekend.

I have had multiple issues with my stays here. I have to stay here about once a month for a class that I am taking. The hotel has been going under construction the past few months, and they continued to check me into rooms that were right in the construction area. It looked horrible. When I got into my room, 3 of the cleaning staff barged into my room without knocking. I told the front desk and they didn't do anything about it. After class, I came back to the room to get ready for bed, and noticed that the bathroom still had the last person's used soaps everywhere. I notified the front desk again and told me that my bathroom was not cleaned. They assured me that it was. Umm..sorry but if I'm cleaning a bathroom, the first thing I'm going to do is remove the soaps. Not clean around them. My room was never cleaned. They have also had the hot tub or some other amenity out of order every single time I've been there. Not happy with this hotel. I will never be staying here again after my class ends.

I was attending a dance at the Holiday Inn, and unfortunately, I didn't have that great of a time. Honestly though, the only complaint that I have for the hotel itself was the size of the ballroom. Everything felt cramped, especially with the low-feeling ceiling. But it still looked nice inside, bathrooms were close and available, and staff was professional. Don't worry about that.

The front desk staff went above and beyond for me when my laptop was having issues with the internet. Room was updated and always love the keurig. Bed is comfortable and bathroom had decent lighting :) would gladly stay again!

Staff is so incredible and so helpful breakfast is fantastic rooms are gorgeous!!! If you happen to go in and grab a cocktail in the bar you have to meet Heather and if you do see her please say hi from Jimmy and Carla she is fantastic she will take care of you and make your evening fantastic!!!!!!!

Great hotel, great breakfast, and a great location. Every room has an extra sink/wet bar area with a large fridge and microwave. Great for long stays

Bro, this place got Green Mill. They got a sink in the rooms a kureage coffee machine and a TV in the bathroom. Beds were on point with fresh sheets and pillows. Highly recommend. Straight up fam.

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. King room had a Jacuzzi tub in it. Beds were super comfortable. Pillows were substantial. Bathroom had a second TV and magnified mirror in them. Rooms were quiet and we never heard any noise from our neighbors or the hallway. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi seemed a bit spotty within the room, but I'm sure this would vary depending on the room you're in.

Overall pretty good hotel. No plug on the desk but plugs by the bed. Bed was comfortable and there was a big mini fridge with freezer which I like. Didn't have the breakfast but it looked decent.

Very nice and quite hotel with a very decent bar and restaurant attached. Rooms are spacious and current. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Fresh cookies every evening too!

Great place! The pool had a great outdoor view, yummy breakfast, and I love the little whale slide at the pool. Beds were very comfy!

Staff don't enforce their policy of partying. Our basketball team stayed here, had an 8am game next day and allowed people to party in the hallways til past 3am. We asked the people to keep it down but they didn't care/ignored us. Called the front desk numerous times and they didn't seem concerned because it wasn't addressed.
