The sheets were very scratchy and the carpet was soaked because they had just shampooed it and the air unit was so old it was hard to keep the room cool. I like it freezing and it didn't reach anywhere near that. But the staff was really nice, the breakfast was nice but they ran out of pancakes really early, like around 8 am. And the water pressure was good. The room was clean, just wet. I put my suitcases on top of the desk so they wouldn't get soaked.

I stayed at this hotel during Hurricane Irma. The staff was incredible, very friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above to make sure guests were well taken care of. The hotel is very nice and we weathered the storm without any problems.

The staff is super nice and friendly and the room was clean. Highly recommend staying here. The shuttle to Bush Gardens is fast and convent, the driver Papolo was extra friendly and made the ride that much more enjoyable. Checking in Tina had is laughing and looking forward to staying here.

This hotel is fabulous! We got in at 1130, and they had a room available for us to check into which was amazing, as it was raining and we needed to do laundry. The office staff was very courteous and gave the kids stuffed giraffes. The room was clean, there was ice cream every night from 8 to 10 which we enjoyed and all staff went above and beyond! For example, i needed a luggage cart and instead of just telling me they were all in use, she went and found me one (on the 4th floor)! Breakfast was great and they have lactose free options. Would definitely stay here again!

We weren't at this hotel for long. We checked in early evening and left early the next morning for a cruise. But the room was clean and pleasant. Staff were exceptionally friendly. And the complimentary breakfast was good.

Our night in this hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. The mattress was great for my bad back. The breakfast was very good there was a variety of food for all tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful to recommend restaurants. A nice hotel and when we are around Tampa we will stay there again.
