Great rooms with service at competitive rates

Room was nice for families, our room had 3 full/queen beds. Room needs some cosmetic work. The room was warm, we had to run the a.c. (it's winter) and the room was still warm. Wifi worked fine and breakfast had a nice variety.

Meagan the front desk supervisor and her staff is very is very nice, patient, and accommodating. Traveling here in the dead of winter had me as cold and bitter as the weather. However, Meagan helped me with everything from helping me print return labels for my coat, giving me the lil extras and was there to hear all my questions and concerns and that was day one hour one. Pay her what she wants she and her staff was great, rooms clean and like I said very accommodating!

The breakfast was just ok. Otherwise the hotel was fine. HBO was included on the TV. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Very clean, staff was very accommodating. The bedding was very comfy an the bed was nice an firm! There was a group of us there who were attending a wedding. We got to check in a little early- which was great. Breakfast was very good-an seats were plentiful! The pool was great, too.

Clean and comfortable updated room. Small pool and pool area. The"work out" room was a disappointment as was the area provided for the complimentary breakfast. Ok place for an overnight stay but couldn't recommend for an extended stay.

I stay here often. The company i work for is based in Sycamore so its very convenient. All the staff is very friendly. The Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse is across street and many shopping and a large selection of restaurants nearby. Nice indoor pool, exercise room, fast wifi.

I went in to discuss blocking off rooms for a wedding in aug. Staff was extremely nice and willing to work with you. Always nice to have customer service these days, as it comes very scarce. The receptionist was very polite and willing to show us rooms. I was thinking great this is a possibility as the other hotel we just visited didnt have such good customer service or knowledge. As we walked into the room it was very musty smelling, such a turn off. I was still thinking positively as maybe its just this room nope it wasn't. The 2nd room she showed use was just as nasty smelling with mold growing in bathroom. Gross!! Sorry to report i would not stay there nor recommend my family to stay there. Note: i walked in to the hotel with someone at the front desk complaining of mold in bathroom and how unkept and dirty her room was. They have her a visa giftcard. Nice to know this hotel is willing to make their mistakes right. But doesnt make me want to stay. Maybe this hotel could use a little spring cleaning and shampoo the mold out of their carpets as well as getting rid of black mold in bathroom that could cause harmful affects on your health. My vote is gross! Don't stay and save your money!!

I've stayed 35-40 nights already this year and have been visiting regularly for several years. I've never once been disappointed. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful! I do wish for an option to indicate that I would like to have housekeeping services but no sheet changes. When I'm there for a week I can't forego housekeeping altogether because, you know, towels and coffee pods and stuff.but it feels wasteful to change the sheets everyday. Housekeeping here does a great job.

Our room was on the second floor, and the AC worked great. Breakfast was ok, but I wasn't really looking for gourmet. The staff was very nice!
