My worst stay ever in life! End up calling the police after management failed to do anything about a guy who kept trying to come into my room numerous times. I felt very unsafe.

I thought the stay was very nice. The internet and Wi-Fi was a little slow for my taste, but my taste is very high for internet. The rooms and pillows were cozy and well suited

I stay here just about weekly for work. The staff recognizes me on sight or phone. The facility is always stellar just like the staff.

Not really impressed. The property itself is okay and the staff is very friendly, but the room furnishings are tired and worn. The elevator is also very slow and the breakfast is JUST okay (biscuits but no gravy, for example). I'd probably try the Hampton Inn next door next time.

Besides the minor mishap that happened I loved it here. Food was good, place was clean, and assistants from the front desk and more this was amazing to see. If you ever need to stay in a hotel I would pick a holiday Inn Express.

Staff was very helpful and friendly with our evacuation from the hurricane. We had a huge group and they more than accommodated. Special shout out to Austin who works the front desk for all of his help and support with our tough time.

Great rooms and service! It's our 5th year using this specific hotel and we will continue coming back. Austin in particular is awesome to work with!

This hotel is really hard to find! They don't have a tall sign outside the building anywhere, so if you don't know exactly where to look for it, you're gonna have a rough time finding it. Internet isn't locked, so it's shared with everyone and their mom.. ie slow as a snail and unusable. The tv's are pretty tiny and need updated. The man at the front desk was chowin' down snacks and acting sort of unprofessional when I walked by this evening. All the other facilities seem pretty awesome, though. My room is super clean and tidy. Shower got nice and hot right away. But I will probably go with a different hotel next time i'm in town.

Hotel is in a great location to interstate and restaurants. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Good sized bathroom as well.

The newer updates are nice. The room has the normal amenities that a traveler would hope to find. The Wifi speed is awful and apparently normal for this hotel/area.

We've stayed at this hotel three years in a row on our vacation trips and both previous years the place has been excellent. Rooms were impeccably clean and service top notch. This year I'm having to knock it down a star. The carpet in our room had some stains, the toilet seat almost fell off if you sat on it, there was barely half a roll of toilet paper, the shower curtain didn't quite reach as far down as it needed to so after showers there was water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel staff was excellent as usual though and I will still stay there again next time we roll through.
