The overwhelming positive reviews are a bit surprising. It is an average place to stay, at best. The beds were too firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. No pillowtop or memory foam. The hallways and our room smelled like smoke. The air conditioner in the room worked but the thermostat did not function well and we had to turn it way down to get the air to kick on. The breakfast was not very good. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the sausage and bacon tasted like it was reheated leftovers from the day before. The waffles were good. The pastries were like you buy out of a grocery store and not freshly made. Overall it may be one of the better options in the immediate area, but I would consider other options if I had to do it again.

What a pleasant night we had. Our check in for easy, fast and professional. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Looking forward to staying again.

Great hotel. The grounds were very neat and clean. The curb appeal is excellent. Staff is great. Room was very clean and smelled clean. Breakfast presentation was more than I expected. The food was good but not great for what I had. My husband loved it. Would have given a ten but I have not found a ten yet. Well worth the money.

My boys and I had stayed at this location while in the area for the NASCAR race weekend in August. Great facility, clean rooms and grounds, friendly and attentive staff. We had issues with our air conditioner when we arrived and the maintenance staff had it fixed in no time, actually replaced it within the day. I would recommend this location for family or business stays. Thanks for making our family trip enjoyable.

This was my second stay at the Morristown Best Western in Tennessee. Each time I have found it to be an attractive, clean and friendly location. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff is always appreciative of my stay at their facility and the breakfast is better than many I have had at other hotels. If there is an area that would benefit from improvement, it would be increasing the choices at breakfast. I will probably stay here again in the future.

Very clean room. Easy check in/out. Staff always helpful and courteous. Loved that the room was quite! Conveniently located on our planned route and also close to restaurants and shopping.

Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist us with our needs and I loved the fact the had accessible cleaning supplies for my motorcycle through their affiliation with the Harley Owners Group (HOG) Rewards Program. The breakfast was outstanding and had a huge variety of choices both hot and cold. Definitely plan to return here during future travels.

It was everything anyone could want. Clean, neat, friendly. Fantastic breakfast! Balcony! Everything in easy reach. The other customers were even friendly. We had stayed in 4 different motels during our trip and this was our favorite!

We travel for work every week. This Best Western is very nice. Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast and and pretty area. I will always stay here whenever I'm in the area!

Everything was great. The hotel is a bit sprawled out, so you'll want to make sure that you park near your room. However, the whole experience was good.

Great hotel. It is a conference hotel, so large crowd can be staying. We have always called ahead, and had no trouble getting a room. The staff is very patient and professional. The cleaning staff does a great job, and is very patient and helpful. I have stayed here many time during the spring Bristol race, and have always had a pleasant stay. Very close to the interstate, and easy to get to. There is a Cracker Barrel right across from the street. A few other fast food restaurants are popping up at this interchange. Morristown mall and WalMart shopping center are about a five minute drive away. Overall this is a nice area to stay, and the Best Western Plus provides an very comfortable and pleasant place to rest those sleepy eyes. By the way, Bristol Motor Speedway, is one of the best Nascar tracks on the circuit. It is a about a 60 mile drive to the track from this location, all interstate. They do not jack up the rates for race weekend, at least the times we have reserved.
