A fairly new hotel that is very clean, has a hot breakfast area with typical offerings. The lobby area is very well decorated (here in December). Room was very clean and quite. Bed was very comfortable but slightly softer than I like. They have an indoor heated pool. Also a very large parking lot.

The employees at this property were extremely nice and hospitable. The female employee at the front desk escorted me to my event. The venue of this property is spectacular and gorgeous with the winery close by. It was a wonderful place to visit and I have it on my list of places to come back to stay overnight.

It was a really nice room. Great shower, great TV and very clean. The only downside was our room was above the lobby so a light shined through onto us the entire night but it was very quiet, just the blinds needed to actually cover the window. Other than that good location very quiet very peaceful.

It got 1 star for the fact it was clean but this location has the Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with! So rude & unfriendly..talked mean with disrespect. I thought it was just one person might be having a bad day but it seemed all the staff were that way. It was so terrible and uninviting. I Love holiday inn express but will never stay at this particular one ever again

Stayed recently for one night. Front desk staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor facing the parking lot. It was a little noisy, but not bothersome. Would stay again.

This is a great hotel. This holiday inn has the softest beds out of all the holiday inn hotels I've stayed at. Prices are very reasonable. Half of the rooms have a beautiful veiw of the vineyards which are just right next door. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is free breakfast and wifi. This place even has honeymoon suites with balcony's facing the vineyards. A very cool hotel over all.

Stay here every time I'm in town, great customer service and wonderful ambience! Make sure you get even-numbered rooms and you'll have a great view of The Childress Vineyards they are beautiful. Checking in early for a bottle of wine next time, The Vineyard closes at 5 p.m.

We stayed here for a wedding at the winery. Checked in around 2am and the guy at the front desk gave us our room keys and we went to the room. To our suprise, the key cards didn't work so we went back downstairs to get new keys. He gave us new keys and we went back up to try again. The keys still didn't work and this time someone inside the room said, "you have the wrong room." Thank God the key didn't work or we could've been shot. Embarrassed and exhausted, we went back downstairs and were told they didn't have any more clean rooms. The guy who checked us in goes to "clean" an empty room. Why there are empty, dirty rooms at 2am is beyond us. We wait another 10 minutes or so and he comes back and gives us keys to the new room. I already know it's going to be a problem because how much cleaning did he do in 10 minutes. We go and it's obvious he only made one bed because it's not tucked tight like it is after housekeeping comes. I pulled the sheets back and there were black hairs all inside the covers so he could have just made the bed and not changed it at all. We went back and asked for another room or sheets to make our own beds. Since there weren't anymore clean rooms, he gave us sheets and we made our beds at 2:30am, at this point. Exhausted after driving 6 hours, we had to do the hotel's job. I still gave them 3 stars because they only charged us for one night instead of two and were friendly.

Absolutely horrendous and unacceptable! I arrived at 2:30am and the desk clerk had to go "clean" a room. He came back and told me that there was trash on the floor, but he changed the sheets on one of the two beds (I couldn't tell so had to ask who h bed). I found credit card receipts from 2 days prior, one bed was missing a blanket, and the toilet had urine on it that I had to clean be for I could use it.
I asked to talk to the manager and was told they wouldn't be back on duty until Monday!

I am a traveling consultant and have a lot of tolerance, but this is unacceptable. The couple checking in before me had a similar experience. I'd recommend any place else until they fix their management, training, and quality of service issues.

I have a confirmed reservation for 3 rooms checking in on 1/28/17 and checking out on 3/1/17. The management decided to charge me for 2 nights for 3 rooms and refuse to correct the mistake. Poorly staffed and the staff has attitude issues. Beyond that the toilet in one room was loose and leaked, the sink in one room was loose and leaked, the bathroom fan in one room squealed The heat/air in the one room did NOT function. The fitness room is a joke. The one treadmill stalls and slips and is need of repair. There are better less expensive places to stay in this area.

Spotless rooms as always. Quiet, fresh and serves food and snacks as well. Lush bedspreads, large bathrooms, it's def a home away from home.

The Area is right off the highway with grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacy right up the street. The land around the hotel is a vineyard with beautiful paths all along leading straight to the vineyard tasting room and restaurant. The Hotel is modern with all the basic amenities: breakfast, indoor pool, small fitness room, nice rooms, even have suites with beautiful balconies overlooking the vineyard. Price is reasonable.

Service is standard although I had to be persistent in getting towels and room service to clean my room. My room was ignored the first day. I was in need of towels so had to go get a whole new set at the front desk when I got back to the hotel after 10pm. Was not too thrilled about having to trudge down to do that after a long day.

Very safe atmosphere. Kid friendly. Adult friendly. Lots of space for drinking and eating and having a good time. Free parking. Overall great experience.
