We stayed in Lavonia GA Holiday Inn Expess with our 5 lb dog and we're charged $20.00 per night. The dog doesn't bark and isn't messy. It was a safe clean comfortable place to stay. They don't serve breakfast until 7am and we left at 5am. Ugg.

Please do not ever stay at this hotel. They have the worst customer service and management. I booked a reservation for 11/17/2017 which we had to cancel due to illness. The hotel had the ability to refund my money, however refuse to do so. After speaking with IHG corporation they refunded my hotel stay. The fact I am Platinum Elite status and vacation club member had no barring on this hotel decision. I AM WARNING YOUDO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The room and breakfast were great as expected. However, the internet was terrible. Even after signing in with our given password, my son was not even able to do his homework.

The hotel room was clean if small. The staff was courteous if unhelpful. The real problem was that the wifi was week when it was available. Which is a problem because I called before we stayed and asked specifically about the wifi because I knew I needed it to work.

The staff was extremely nice and compassionate. The rooms were extremely clean. The bed and pillows were like sleeping in heaven the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel or motel.

Room are nice and staff is friendly. My first choice for a room when staying in town for work. Location is walking distance to a restaurant and has quick access to the highway.

Wonderful staff and such cozy rooms! I felt very safe and secure. They also provided a great continental breakfast! From sausage bacon and pancakes to cereal And muffins. They have it all and its delicious! Their indoor pool was splendid! My favorite part of all was the BED!! I felt as if I were melting! 2 thumbs up for sure!
