This was my second stay at Country Inn & Suites in Anderson, SC. They are pet friendly which is one of the reasons I choose to stay there. The hotel is clean and convenient to the area. I will always stay at this hotel when travelling to the area.

Bad experience at check in but was worked out. Hotel is easy walking distance to several eating places and movie theatre. Suite was ok but not equivalent to the price paid for the package we purchased. Shower stall was very small and hard to get used to. There was no plug in the bathroom. The cable service is good with lots to choose from.

Staff members were courteous and friendly; room was clean, spacious and inviting; beds were very comfortable; and breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. We were moving our daughter into Anderson University, and had no problems navigating to and from the school, as well, so it was also an awesome location.

Our little dog was happy. Good hot breakfast. Clean place. Friendly people. Lots of restaurants, malls, etc. In immediate area.

I would highly recommend this hotel. They were so friendly, did not hesitate to come to the room when you called them. I love the room that we stayed in it was like being at home with the kitchen area. All we had to do was to hi to the grocery buy some food and cook it. That is if we did not want to leave the hotel. I give this hotel 5 stars.

It was clean and the staff was great!! The breakfast was so delicious!! It was great for the price! Only thing that was upsetting to me was that there wasn't a spa. It has an indoor pool tho so it was nice!!

Breakfast was and is outstanding! Bed was cozy and comfy. Room was clean as a whistle and I always inspect. Saraya I assume is her name was always there it seemed. I was agitated on our last night there because of the smoke alarm going off. It was quickly remedied. That bathroom door was too large for the room. It was very awkward as far as using the restroom. Need to invest in to a pocket door or a change in something else. It rubs toilet as you open. Cookies were a nice touch even though I couldn't find any more after our first night.

Very nice hotel. Nothing stands out as anything fantastic, but no issues either. Oh, they don't supply any baby cribs or pack-n-play's. This wasn't a huge deal since we brought one anyway but every other hotel we stayed at supplied one so that's a bit odd.

We come here every few months visiting family. they're always friendly, breakfast is great, and one of the few places that offer pet friendly amenities. They have goodie bags for kids and dogs and the lady at the desk, Soraya was so nice. She even saved us some fresh baked cookies! Definitely recommend it to anyone!

I always enjoy staying at this brand of hotel. The furniture in the room could use updating. The bed was super comfy as expected, and the towels were plenty. The hot breakfast was my favorite, and is a priority in picking this hotel.
