One of the better hotels in IHG chain. Lavish rooms and nice ambiance. The location of hotel is also close to couple of restaurants and food joints. Thumbs up to this place !

The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the outlet. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Complementary breakfast was awesome.

First, this place is clean. The rooms are clean, the public areas are clean and the grounds are clean, too. The staff is more than accommodating. The room rates are fair. I stay at this facility about once a year and been coming here for about five/seven years and I have never had a bad experience.

Hotel was clean and fresh. The room I stayed in was open and pleasant. The staff was in good spirits as well! Breakfast in the morning was an average Holiday Inn breakfast.

Very clean hotel, great sized rooms! Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but typical hotel beds. Amenities were wonderful. My daughter's enjoyed the pool and breakfast had an excellent selection.

Check you bank after you leave I complained of smoking in the room upon arrival,. That disnt have another room. It was late so I stayed. Week later. They charged for smoking in the room. I don't think this is fair Debbie the manager was very rude. And the place wasent very clean. I would stay some were else. I'm making a formal. Complaint to the corporate

We stayed this past weekend and we will be back! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean! It was kinda cramped but nothing we couldn't deal with. The pool/hot tub were well kept as well! And the free breakfast was fantastic! We had a great weekend and we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

Arrived at the hotel on business. Courteous check-in and a great room. It was nicely appointed for a working traveler. Roll-out computer desk, plenty of counter space, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The king bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. A find!

A new hotel that is nice and well appointed. I enjoyed my stay. I was however frustrated as the entrance I used at the rear of the hotel has consistent problems with the card reader. Additionally the housekeeping staff did not restock the room with shampoo. This caused me to work with the front desk folks who quickly resolved it. A nice hotel that I will return to.
