Sweet and kind Hardy employees go out with Waze to satisfied all there just especially the maintenance department as well as all the other employees as well very sweet and generous people always there to satisfy their guess and accommodate them the best way they can they go out their way to provide the bus service one could provide an excellent place for a night or two of getaway don't take it from me stop in and see for yourself until then have a sweet and blessed day I gave this hotel a five star accommodation stopping someday and see if for yourself

Great rooms as always with holiday Inn express. The breakfast was good and the folks at the front desk were great. Wifi was terrible, had to use my own cellular AP.

Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was actually pretty impressive. Lots of good food options in walking distance.

Marcus P was hospitable and the rest of the crew really helped to make our stay enjoyable. The location sits within a shopping center and next to IHOP. The 24hr coffee and beverage was convenient on those cold, windy nights. Thanks

Clean common area. Our room was comfortable room, but a little dirty at the edges. The hotel is in a convenient location. The breakfast is above average for a continental breakfast.

I stay here a lot when I'm visiting for work. Older Holiday inn express but kept up nicely. The staff is amazing. They go out of their way every chance they get. Unfortunately many others have found this hotel. I can't always get last minute rooms. Rooms are big with great bed. Breakfast is always good and they have ice water I can fill my bottle before leaving. Shuttle to ohare as well

King bed 115 with tax for 1 night. Fitness center is small, including 2 treads, 2 cycles and a walking. In door pool is small in size as well. Breakfast is brilliant! Love EGGS!

Every one was so nice, helpful and friendly our stay was so amazing. James was AWESOME! He is truly the best guest agent we had at any hotel in the Chicago area. This will be the only hotel we stay at from now on when we come to Chicago. 200 S. Mannheim Rd.

Markus and Shawna were awesome at check-in. Their customer service exceeds all expectations, both were very attentive to our needs and helpful in answering questions. Their outstanding attention to customer service will bring us back here everytime we visit Chicago! Complementary 7 day parking with airport shuttle was another plus for our family traveling with a toddler. Rooms were great. Beds super comfy. Very, very clean from the lobby to the room. Your first impression is always the faces at the desk that greet you and these two made us feel welcome with their sunny dispositions! Keep up the great customer service!

Great stay. The food was on par. Our queen suit had more than enough room for our family of 5. Breakfast does end early at 9:30, so I had to grab food for my kids who were still asleep (toddlers, so I wasn't interrupting their schedule). The room had a safe, a fridge, and a microwave. The pool was great for little kids, with a large steps area for them to play on. The only down side was that there wasn't much floor space next to the pool to set down my crawler while I dried off. Every staff member was quite polite, despite having a rough night.

The BEST I've stayed in. Usually, The hotels around Chicago are trash, but this one blew me away! The rooms were small, but enough for a family of 6. The employees were always there, especially when I needed a plunger. The internet was fast, and the breakfast was pretty good. Since I love watching airplanes landing and taking off, I was so happy when I found out it was near O'Hare INTL Airport. I had a very satisfying stay! :)

Such a nice hotel in a nice part of town. Rooms were spotless and staff was all very friendly. And its right by a Super Target, you really cannot beat that.

Location is key for this place. It's right off the highway and easily accessible to any airport. They also have a shuttle to get you to and from.. Rooms are nice, upset and clean. They also have a pool and spa. Continental breakfast is decent.
