Old hotel that is nicely remodeled to look very modern. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Rain showers are amazing. Second shift gentleman on Oct 14 was friendly and provided excellent service (can’t remember name). Best Hotel in Lombard/Downers Grove area! Stop looking around and stay here! You won’t be disappointed by their excellent service and cleanliness.

Room was very quite and clean. Room decor seemed kind of dated. No continental breakfast. Overall decent place to stay. Very very nice and pleasant staff.

Was there for a wedding block, nice room. Layout was a little strange due to the TV room having very little light and no windows, made it feel a bit small and uncomfortable. The shower was a really cool rain shower but it smelled musty in there which was disgusting. The hotel staff was incredible and very responsive to my needs for the weekend.

It was a wonderful experience! The price was very affordable and we got a free drink and free breakfast (which was very good). The room was clean, in good repair, and very nice. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. :)

Great rooms. Helpful and nice staff. Rooms are clean. All around great experience for long or short stay. On site resteraunt is good and bar is great. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

We were in the meeting rooms in the basement. They were very clean and bright. The staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the pre-order for lunch. Our food was ready and delicious.

I went for a social function. I did not look through too much of the hotel. The conference room was nice but the second room was very hot. The staff smiled but were not overly helpful. The biggest issue was that they shut off our internet 30 minutes before we were to leave the venue.

The hotel is very nice. Check-in and out is quick. The staff is very friendly. The hotel's restaurant had excellent food and there are plenty of drink choices at the bar.

Met a coworker here. They were having happy hour where all guests get a free drink. The Manager was greeting people and offered me a free drink even though I wasn't a guest. Coworker also said the rooms and service were great.
