I stayed overnight for business. The hotel was very convenient to where I needed to be, food, and shopping. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and front desk very helpful, and I'd happily stay again.
The hotel was okay. The front desk staff was nice and let me check in early so I didn't have to store my luggage before my meeting. But I was disappointed by the room. The hotel is a two pipe system so I'm the winter you can only heat and in the summer only cool. It was really warm in the room and there was no way to cool it. Also my TV didn't work really well and kept losing signal. I finally gave up and just watched Netflix on my laptop, luckily the WiFi is good. With a lot of other hotels literally right next store, I don't think I'll be back.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Rooms are dated, ours needed repairs. They charge $100 for one pet if you are traveling which is unheard of at any hotel I have ever stayed at. It would be better to not accept pets at all than charge such a ridiculous fee!! We stay here every year for our family Thanksgiving. Very disappointed that my dogs who ate like family to us could not join us!!!
Not too far from shopping stores. Rooms are very clean, spacious, atmosphere was very pleasant. Front desk person was awesome at his job handling phone and checking us in for a family with three rooms and having a line behind us!
Super soft and fluffy pillows an extra comfortable bed, made for a great night's rest. Our shower head was convertible from rain shower to massaging blast for achy neck muscles. We ate at the Breakfast Bar which had options for every kind of dietary needs. The best I've ever been to. I would definitely stay again & again!
The hotel is in a great area but there were troubles as soon as we checked in. I think the staff was a little immature for their age. They were friendly and I understand training a new employee but, personally, I dont think you let the new employee spend 20 minutes checking in a guest. Not to mention we were given the incorrect room and keys so we had to spend another 5 minutes changing that. On our first morning we were ready to eat their breakfast but when we got to their dining area there was none left. You would think they would replenish their breakfast a little, especially since it was a huge group of teenage girls who ate all the food. They also had a cracked glass window on one of their exit doors on the side that stayed that way for the 2 nights we stayed. Very dangerous for kids to be around. The most disappointing part of our stay was how they did not clean the room. They did not change our bed sheets to clean ones, they only remade our beds with the same sheets. They didnt replace the stained comforter for a clean one, instead they left us without a comforter, they left a bed sheet on one of the chairs in the room, they did not replace the bag that goes in the ice container, but they did replenish the water bottles & the towels. The only good thing about our stay was the pool that was open until midnight. This was a plus for us. I don't think we will be staying here again but we will see in the future.
Nice hotel, undergoing renovations at the moment. The staff is quite friendly and they are very nice with guests. The hotel is a bit hidden from the main road, but still has quick access to the highway and is only 10 minutes from the downtown area plus has shuttle service there. The carpets need a bit of remodeling but overall it's still a good homey place to stay.
Check in was very easy. The staff is pleasant. We had very noisy neighbors and asked to be moved. Our request was accommodated without any issues. Our new room keys and cart were brought to us. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean. I have no complaints.
Country Inn and Suites was the perfect place to book our hotel wedding block! The wedding coordinator, Marissa, was a pleasure to work with and quickly responded to all our questions and requests! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the complimentary shuttles we earned with room nights were wonderful! Our guests also loved the lounge and bar in the lobby after the wedding reception ended. We had a very comfortable stay in our bridal suite and appreciated the kind gesture of champagne, chocolates, and a gift basket in our room! I highly recommend the Country Inn and Suites for a relaxing, fun, and comfortable place to stay in Naperville!
Super soft and fluffy pillows an extra comfortable bed, made for a great night's rest. The shower head is convertible for a blast or rain shower, and is equipped with great water pressure. A beautiful facility. We ate at the Breakfast Bar and it was the best I've ever been to. I would definitely stay again.
A nice place for the price! Room was clean and well-stocked, bed was comfortable, and just overall very nice. The cleaning staff harassed us a bit, insisting they could smell smoke coming from our room and that we were smoking inside, thus the missing star. I don't know if they smelled our clothes or it was the room next door, but she seemed shocked when I opened the door and she realized she was wrong.
I have nothing really negative to say about my stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only fault I found was that the breakfast was not great, but it was complimentary, so that doesn't really affect my review.
This is a non smoking hotel. The rooms were very clean there was a veterinarian convention going on but still very quiet. I was on the first floor and had a pet with no complaints and very helpful staff who accommodated me after hours. Great customer service!!
Great hotel we came to celebrate my son 21st birthday. The staff is great. The rooms are a nice size. The bathrooms at clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was a great variety from bacon to make your own waffles. When visiting naperville again country inn & suites would definitely be my first choice. 0
