Last minute stopover and found a gem of a hotel. Very nice and accommodating staff. Reasonable rates, nice rooms. Very happy with outcome over all.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Was pleasantly surprised by the full breakfast offered. The Large room would benefit from more lighting.TV was tricky to start.

Our first room was dirty but the night manager did get us another room that was clean. The day manager in the morning was rude to people. He wouldn't look at customers while talking to them, like he didn't have time for the customer. He was never at the desk was always in the back office. It made it harder for people to check out.response / report this review -

I was quite pleased with this hotel stay, quiet, clean and closely located to my destination. Breakfast was a delightful surprise. I will certainly visit here again. Thank you.

Just came from out of town to attend a deposition at this location. The conference room was dirty. The chairs were stained and disgusting. We didn't even want to sit in them. I would not schedule a meeting in this hotel again.

Thankful they had one room available at 2 a.m. on a weekend. the kids and I were infatuated buy the new pancake maker they have it's awesome just a push up the button and you can watch the pancakes being made right before you in a minute too cool. wonderful friendly staff wonderful positive attitude.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the great reviews it has. I tend to stay at the Marriott or Hilton and pay the same price. I loved the free breakfast and the friendly staff. I booked this hotel for the pool, but it DOES NOT has a heating system. It was 97 degrees outside and the water was freezing. So cold my daughter was in there for 5 minutes. On their site they say they do have heating, but when I asked the front desk they said they didn't and they where working on it. Overall I will NOT be staying in this hotel anymore.

Typical Holiday Inn Express. However there is no mini fridge in the room. But free breakfast from 6-9am.

We haven't stayed yet at the hotel but I spoke with Sandra today on the phone regarding a reservation problem. I was told by customer service to call the hotel direct and talk to the GM but he wasn't available and I needed it resolved today. Sandra said she would do her best to help me and she was very professional courteous and helpful. We are looking forward to our stay on Saturday.

We have spent 10 weeks at this motel. We just love the friendly staff. They go out of their way to be helpful. My husband is handicapped. We got a room that didn't work for us. No problem! We had a new room right away. The housekeepers are great too! Breakfast hours are long so you can sleep in and still get food!
