Nice hotel, newly remodeled lobby. The room was comfortable and clean. The parking accommodations needs to be clarified and better communicated when checking in as it is an additional fee. The TVs need to be updated because the picture quality is poor (not due to reception), and stretched out disproportionately with no way to fix it.

The staff is so helpful. Delicious food! People with food issues just need to inform the chef and he will do his best to accommodate you. Rooms are nice, clean, and quiet.

Nice room, pet friendly. We had an issue with our dog barking a bit while we were out. Office came in and got her and let her hang out with them while we rushed back from our evening out. They were so nice about it and we felt so bad. Amazing folks. Restaurant in the hotel is very good as well!

Where to begin. My friends entire wedding party was each charged $145.00 a night for a basic room with 2 Queen beds. Parking not included.
I feel like these rooms are worth about $60/night at best. Our rooms weren't even blocked together. Guests were scattered around a bit. And since this place is unbelievably expensive, some guests chose to stay elsewhere at reasonably priced hotels.
The manager on Friday, Oct 13th was honestly kind of insane and followed us around, telling us (group of 5 people) we were loud, blaming us for phantom noise complaints - legitimately 2 seconds after we quietly walked in the door from being gone for 3 hours It's Friday night, relax man.
All around, very meh. Def will never be back to this place. :/response / report this review -

A great spot with great location. Great breakfast area and wonderful restaurant. I only give it a 4 star because we had an issue with our room but they made fresh accommodations for us to make it mostly right.

The rooms were clean, located downtown Carlisle within walking distance from local bars and restaurants. If something is needed, a Walmart is within driving distance. There is a snack bar behind the front desk for late night hunger.

This was a nice hotel stay in a quaint little town. There was a lot to do in this town. The hotel had nice high ceilings. despite being in a historic town, the hotel was new and had plenty of updates and charging stations. The suite was excellent.
The breakfast was well stocked. and the staff was very friendly. The parking was under 5 dollars a night which was very reasonable.response / report this review -

Great food, the steak was one of the best I've had in a while. The bartender Jen, was very friendly and knew how to make a wide variety of delicious looking and tasting drinks. Would recommend. It even had a patio for some outdoor drinks in downtown Carlisle.

Nice little hotel considering the brand. It's converted from an older building. Quite busy due to the restaurant in the front, so the actual hotel entrance is on the right side in an alley. Only parking is a public garage, so arrive early if there are any events going on downtown. I made the mistake of showing up in the middle of an ice carving festival. Walking distance to downtown restaurants.

Big clean room with tiny bathroom. Very friendly service. Pet friendly. Right in town near Dickinson. Close to many restaurants and has one on site.

Clean room, very well kept hotel. Was pleased with the front desk receptionist receptive to my questions and friendly/professional. Free Continental breakfast was delicious as well. Would return to this hotel.

Stayed here a few times now and very pleased with the place. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good and usually included and parking is right behind the place in a garage. Would happily recommend to anyone.
