The building is fairly new; the rooms are quite clean. However, the floors and walls are thin. You can easily hear any people above you walking around which can make it hard to sleep.

I've stayed here for a weekend at a time for three years on family trips and this time was an awful experience. Even though we had a do not disturb sign up the manager still took it upon himself to enter our room while we weren't there to get a luggage cart that we had forgotten in our room. They didnt even try to call me to ask permission. I'm not sure why they have these signs if they dont follow them. All other staff were awesome!

Dan at the front desk is excellent, friendly, funny and very helpful. The room was perfect, the only thing I would change is that the little refrigerators would have freezers in them. We will definitely be back there again!!!

The rooms were clean. The service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very proficient at keeping the room clean and the bar stocked.

Wonderful.
Randomly got off the turnpike because I was too exhausted to drive any further. Fast and easy check-in. Room was clean and cute. No bugs. Complimentary breakfast was fine. Wifi was fine. I slept WONDERFULLY. Getting off at this exit and staying here was a best-case scenario. If I ever need somewhere to stay in the area I won't even waste time looking for somewhere else. $140 for a 2-queen, tax included.

Lucky to find this gem! I am so glad I pulled off the turnpike to take a rest here. It is literally right off of the exit-110?. It appears new, super clean, modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. You will not be disappointed. From now on, I am stopping here for a break in travel every time I travel the turnpike.
We stopped here again in May 2017. Same, beautiful, *modern*, very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast lady rocked! This should be rated more than a 3 star hotel.

Room was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was easily the best I've had at a hotel. The only negative I can think of is that the WiFi was a bit slow.

Cute hotel on a hill with rolling green mountains in the distance. Fresh air. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Only downside was I had to go to Johnstown, worst town I've ever visited in my life. But this hotel was great A+!

Great place to stay while visiting Seven Springs for a weekend ski trip. Has everything you expect in a Holiday Inn Express hotel. Good breakfast and nice rooms with Keurig machines microwaves and mini fridges. Will stay again next time.
