I like Holiday Inn Express over most other hotels and generally go there when I have a choice. I do feel this hotel was a little overpriced. This hotel is a great example of what can be accomplished when the lowest bidder knows all the corners that can be cut.

Pet friendly hotel. Clean rooms and a really friendly staff. If you come from out of town they have a really good grasp of everything available in the area and can really offer suggestions or answers to questions about the area. It is conveniently located next to gas stations, food and even Starbucks. Did I mention pet friendly? That's probably the besst thing I can think of. Many places aren't dog friendly. There was some construction going on while I was there so it was a little messy in the front of the building, but the rooms are super clean and affordable. There are a few hotels in the area, but I would suggest staying here especially if you have pets. The location and close proximity to stores, gas stations and food are all reasons to choose this particular one. I would give it 5 stars, but the entrance was a little tough to find through the construction, but that's understandable under the circumstances.

Overall excellent. Check in was easy. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Plus our four legged friend was welcome. Everyone was friendly.

Rented the 2nd floor suite, spacious and cozy. Almost like a little apartment. ALL THE STAFF were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, and I'll be back.

Clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfsst (esp the cinnamon rolls) was great. And cookies in the afternoon!

We stopped here on a whim for just a night while on our way through.
The woman behind the counter was very friendly, and very helpful.
The hotel must have been recently renovated, because the halls and rooms were very modern.
Comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, pool looked clean.

Not bad. I got a really good rate on hotwire but I will say you can tell the difference between a Holiday inn Express and a Hampton Inn that $40/difference a night makes. Pretty decent and clean and not a bad continental breakfast but also very no frills. But we just needed a cheap place to sleep, shower and eat on the road and this did the trick just fine.

Nice, clean and easily accessible from the interstate. Comfortable rooms at reasonable rates. Booked a room with 2 queen beds but due to a mix up got upgraded to a single king size bed with an additional rollaway bed. Only stayed overnight but they had everything we needed.

We checked in about 1:15am after a long drive from Michigan. the clerk at the desk was very courteous and had our paper work ready when we arrived. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable and we were sleeping before 2am. The breakfast was nothing special, but better than nothing at all. The breakfast area was kept organized and clean which was appreciated.

The Holiday Inn was in a great location with many restaurants around and a Walmart nearby for anything that you may need. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It is close to the interstate, so if you need to stop and rest while in a road trip, I'd greatly​ recommend this hotel. I would also recommend this hotel if you are just looking for a place to stay while in the area. It has great facilities plus a complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again and I would recommend.
