  My fridge went out. So knowledgeable and showed me three options. He was very professional and I was happy even though I needed a new fridge. I appreciated the honest price and advice!

  Second time that I used Hoffman with in 45 days! First time they installed a whole new HVAC units. Very pleased with outcome, service, price and I never felt like I was being ripped off. I had 2 bad experiences with two other companies before I choose to use Hoffmann.
  
  I had no idea that Hoffman provided so many other services. I called back and scheduled another appointment to repair a very high end commercial under the counter refrigerator which was about 10 years old. Again, we talked through my options and cost. The service member was very honest with me about repair vs replacement. I decided to replace the unit. It was not worth the price of repair. Once again, I appreciated his honesty. He was able to provide me the information on a very comparable / like unit that was more than 1/2 the price of the repair cost.

  The experience with Hoffmann Brothers has been pleasant from beginning to end. Scheduling staff was professional. Carter arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator and the repairs needed. Carter was extremely efficient and took time to answer my questions. Will definitely use Hoffmann Brothers again for my home repair needs.

  Hoffmann Brothers repairman was courteous and responsive when the part was late arriving. I would gladly ask for him again. The repair on the clothes washer took about 30 minutes. Full attention on the job. Professional and worth the time and expense.

  Matt was awesome! If I need services again I will definitely be calling.
  The fact you all send a picture of your service person is great. It helps us single women feel more comfortable.
