Hotel is always clean and comfortable. beds are large and cosy. bathroom tubs can be a little hard to manage (remember to pull before you twist haha), each room boasts a beautiful balcony to catch sight of the marvellous Californian sunsets and sunrises. Reception staff are very friendly and professional and always ensure your stay is a success. Business centre and bar downstairs open evening long. Hotel is a walkaway from South Coast Plaza and nearby a highway exit. Hotel offers shuttles to the mall and the nearby John Wayne airport. One of the best Hilton's I've stayed in to this day.
Great hotel with friendly staff and great, clean rooms like a Hilton is supposed to have. I really love d the heated pool and especially the hot tub! We went for a swim on nov 4th and 64 deg outside and the pool was a joy. Location is great and parking is provided. To bad it’s 25US
Quiet hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to great shopping and dining. Incredibly friendly staff!!
Overall, great hotel especially to hold an event! Designed well, beautiful grounds, very clean and spacious not to mention the friendly staff. Great place to hold an event! The terrace and Starbucks inside were my favorites! The only downside is getting from the parking garage into the hotel. No signage or arrows ect. Perhaps the garage is under construction.
Nice hotel with great staff. Rooms were good size with comfortable beds. Restaurants on site are limited to 1 but there are many restaurants within walking distance. I will stay here again in the future
felt it was best in area, weekend stay was very nice, shuttle service from John Wayne airport was smooth, immaculate rooms, breakfast was not impressive though. really enjoyed staying here, such nice property !
Great hotel with really friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious and some have a small balcony. Starbucks in the building is an added bonus. Parking will set you back 25$ a day. Rates are reasonable and the location is spot on with easy highway access and a mall within walking distance as well as many restaurants.
I enjoy being here it's pet friendly kid friendly.. besides maids I like the rest of the hotel staff especially Rudy & Diana front desk mngr & receptionist.without frustration they automatically know my family's needs as well as our names. Their smiles are free .. note there's no microwaves available but rooms are huge comfortable beds black out curtains rooms are almost sound proof for loud family's as well. If you have any issues thee staff will be attentive to fix it and make ones stay more pleasant till departure. Free breakfast and small evening appatizers soft drinks followed by desert..😊
Very beautiful hotel. Not difficult to find. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. My only critique would be that it didn't have any USB ports in the room, especially near the bed.
For how much they charge for everything the hotel should be much cleaner and updated.
$100 non refundable pet fee and $25 a day for parking is ridiculous. Breakfast is not included either. The TV does not work right. No safe (yet family in the room next door have one). Nothing special here. Could get more for your money staying at the Courtyard down the road.
We enjoy staying at this hotel and holding our events here. They are always on top of things, the rooms are great. The hotel is always immaculate. Their staff is very friendly, especially Matt at the front desk. We will return again!!!
This Hilton is by far one of the very best in which I've ever stayed. The room was perfect, service was great and the food at the restaurant and the lounge was delicious. We had a little issue with our room not being ready by the time we arrived at the hotel, even though we had done an early check in using the mobile app. They gave us a $50 certificate to the restaurant while we waited for the room to be ready. I'm grateful for the gesture for we were able to have a fabulous dinner We stayed in one of the Executive rooms in the seventh floor. The view was spectacular. We really enjoyed looking out at the lush greenness of OC.
Very nice hotel located near the West Coast Plaza. The front desk was very helpful, & the room service was fast and tasty. Only negative was the 25$ over night parking.
Pros:
-great, spacious, tidy and beautiful rooms.
-big double beds, often times you have double double beds so if you have someone with you they can really sleep comfortably.
-beds are super comfortable and so are Pillows
-good amenities
-good gym
-good swimming pool
-great place for venues, conferences, etc. Well decorated everywhere.
-many elevators and they're quick, you never have to wait
-breakfast is quite good
-There are convenience stores all around and various fast foods and restaurants if you need a quick bight.
-car rental just outside
Cons:
-you can hear the noise from the corridors a whole lot
-parcels and packages are expensive to keep here, I asked and it was 15 dollars per package. I had 3 deliveries and 45 dollars seemed extreme.
-some of the waiters, I won't mention names, are very rude. But not rude like just to you, they just are and that's it. They don't look at you while they talk, you ask for something and they fake they didn't hear, once they hear you they tell you "you'll only get this or that once". Felt like a kid at an elementary school. Need some work here, this isn't a hostel it's the Hilton hotel.
-room service is quite bad, plastic boxes take away style. It does taste good but, it can't compare to other hotels where they use proper cutlery and plates.
Overall anyone can have a bad day, perhaps it was just my experience but gotta give it a 4 stars.

This hotel was an amazing conference venue and an excellent overnight accommodation. If weren't for a few small details, I would have given 5 stars. The location is good and it feels like a safe area. There are convenience stores across the street and restaurants in walking distance. Conference rooms are large and numerous. Lots of elevators to handle large groups and adequate restroom facilities throughout. The hotel and restrooms were also remarkably clean.
Cons were: no ice machines on guest floors, cashiering for the small market had to be done through the checkout counter, and conference rooms were kept frigidly cold.
