Good service but the sales department makes promises they don't keep I was told that I had free oil changes for a year yet my second oil change from them cost me. Also vacuuming and washing the car on service I think they need a new vacuum cleaner

I enjoyed my experience with Alex, he's upfront, to the point and ensures that it's not just a transaction but an experience..it's totally a pressure-free deal and environment, he went out of his way to get me to a price I can comfortably leave with. Some of the management may need an attitude adjustment, but that's just the vibe I picked up there with this one sales manager who's name I'll keep out. It's alright though, cause Alex more than made up for the downfalls of that one single manager and made sure I left with the vehicle I came to see and made sure it was perfect at the end of the day. Thanks for dealing with me Alex! You're definitely a great asset to that team, I'll be bringing in more people to you and telling everyone about how great Hyundai Hilton Head truly is! I'm glad I made the drive out to see you! Thanks for everything!

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. The sales manager Matt Houghton was a good person and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. I never felt uncomfortable (like most dealerships). I was treated well by everyone there. Shaun Simpson was my salesman and helped me so much. He made sure I got what I wanted and knew everything about the vehicle. I will always recommend and buy from Hilton Head Hyundai because of them. Aran Hatten my boyfriend, referred me and helped me go from an old 04 jeep to a brand new 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Best place to buy a vehicle ever!!! Fast and easy!!

Exceeded My Expectations. Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2017 Hyundai Sonata for an awesome price. At first, I was hesitant to car shop on my own since my dad normally typically accompanies me. When I drove on to the lot, I had the pleasure of working with Adam. Adam was such an amazing employee to work with. He was very sweet and kind, not at all like the pushy salesman that I have met in the past. I told him what I was looking for and I let him know the monthly payments that I was most comfortable with. He was able to make that happen for me, and I am grateful for that. But more than that I was just impressed that he such a sweet guy and nothing like I was preparing myself for. He was considerate enough to speak with my father over the phone and even help me transfer items from my trade-in into my new car! I will let all my friends and family know about Hilton Head Hyundai and the great customer service I received from Adam.
