This was a really nice bowling alley. Very clean and organized. There's a ton of lanes. All have bumper ability for kids and have ramps available for kids to roll their balls down the lanes. Full bar is also available as well as a snack bar with pizza and other things. You can also order food right to the bar.

Great place to take the kids. Had a blast enjoying a game with the family and would definitely recommend making it back here.

This was a neat place and all, BUT If your an everyday or week bowler; This may not be the place to go. The lanes are synthetic(laminate) and NOT true hardwood. cost effective; I get that but Ifeel like I wasted my $ trying to hit any pin. Reason why is because these floors have VERY litte to No Oil on the floors. Never have I had a wax type build upon my $200 bowling ball and nor have I taken home a Bone dry Bowling ball. Trying to figure out your footing with the boards arewell, like understanding a mathematicians logic. I believe the dimenisons lengthwise are a little off as myself and other Seasoned bowlers had trouble Striking in our normal "sweetspot." However the arcade and Food is Great!

My friends and I were hanging out at the arcade and I lost my card in a machine. The employees said that they could not help to open it and get it out of the machine. They said I was being irate and the manager said I was going to be removed from the premises and banned because I was trying to get my money back. They wouldn't help. Poor policies and a waste of my time.

This is probably been the worst bowling alley I have ever been too. You can tell they don't care about lane up keep when they don't oil the lanes in over 3 days. The employees are rude and not very helpful. The music is so loud you have to yell to your family and when asked to turn it down they said they didn't know how when clearly they knew how too. It's also overpriced for what you get. Don't waste your time here by its clean looks or big arcade(which by looking is also very pricey). Just don't waste your time and money that's it.

Lazy employees with lack of motivation. Our last experience, they shut the bowling alley down a whole hour early in the middle of everyone's games just to close. Very few people got refunds, and we felt generally ripped off, especially because it was our prom night. We had even reserved our spots, but we arrived to find our lanes taken. Would not come back, there are plenty of better ways to spend time, such as watching paint dry. At least that's free.

Terrible customer service. Apparently when there bowling alley computers freeze up and wont let you play you cant get a refund because you allready started your game. I was in the 2nd frame. Also way to pricey
