Great place to stay. Great food and shopping nearby. Only a nice bridge ride from Mobile.

It was clean and nice room but there was no herbal teas or hot chocolate. You had to ask for hot water if you wanted hot tea. Think this is the first Hilton hotel we have found like this.☹

Came to have breakfast with coworker. Facility was very clean and food was of good quality. They seemed to regularly clean the coffee pots, which is not as common as it should be.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great, buffet style and made to order eggs and omelets. Restraunt also served lunch and dinner as well as drinks with happy hour if that's your thing.

This location isn't as nice as the one in Madison, Mississippi. The breakfast is pricey considering my wife doesn't eat breakfast much. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are so thin it's like you don't have one. You need at least two to be able sleep well. It was very quite and the location is nice. We were told that if you wanted breakfast included with your stay you have to choose the bed and breakfast option. We didn't see this when booking our stay. We paid in advance and we had to correct an issue with billing since they charged us again for our stay. The staff correcred this quickly though, to their credit. Finally, we told them we were there for an anniversary and wanted to see the attractions in the area but they failed to mention that the business center has information and discount coupons to all the sights in the area. We asked the person at the front desk and she told us she didn't even know the brochures were there, lack of training. At any rate, our stay was okay. We enjoyed the area and some of the attractions. However, we would not choose this location again.

I'm a Hilton Rewards member so I take customer service and hotel conditions seriously. At this location customer service is GREAT, but to things I noticed that could need some improvement. One this hotel needs to be updated and second and this is a VERY IMPORTANT one. The hotel should have signs posted at the front desk, elevators, and the back door of your hotel room door that reads "PLEASE DO NOT "SLAM DOORS" AND "DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED IN YOUR ROOM>"!!!!!!!

Great place to stay Our room was very cozy. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The restaurant had a good selection on the breakfast bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the hot tub was broken.

Very nice room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The AC was easy to adjust. The bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels. The staff at the desk were very helpful. Overall, a great experience.
