Hotel looks great, decorated for the holidays. The staff is just great and the location is awesome.

The room was very large and modern and the bed was very comfortable. Starbucks products are served in the lobby. This is a great place to stay.

First time at this location and it was a very good experience. Dined at the Lobby Bar and had the cobb salad with wine. Very relaxing, clean room, good food and friendly service. It's my new lay-over stop on my commute to work

Beware of the $25.00 per night incidental charges to your debit card, lady at front desk don't inform you of. Also, one of the men mopping the lobby used so much Clorox my sinuses flared up. I had a talk with the supervisor about these things and she was very nice and said she would try to inform staff. The man mopping was also very nice just unaware he is using to much Clorox or whatever. The chlorine in indoor Pool & Spa was also strong, poor circulation in Pool & Spa room. However, it is a clean hotel near a lot of fishing parks and Mobile bay, just within a couple of miles. Daphne Al is 2 miles from the hotel where you will find several restaurants. Mobile bay in opposite direction has seafood restaurants and the Pensacola & Gulf Shores signs.

Nice appearance. Pool is small and kinda needs to be cleaned. Bathtub doesn't hold water and the shower head leaks while filling the tub splashing water all over the side of the tub.
Room DOES look great and looks updated. WiFi is free. Channels on TV are choppy and difficult to find until we programed the channels. Still the channels have an annoying skip to the audio.
No free breakfast but does have a bistro/restaurant/bar thing and a small store. Didn't try it so I can't vouch for it. Aside from the leaking bathroom, choppy audio, tiny dirty walled pool and the lackluster view, this hotel is okay, not the best we have stayed on during our trip.response / report this review -

We were able to get a room here at the last second for the holiday weekend. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great.
The AC in the room did not work, and they did not have another room to move us to. When we checked out the manager was very nice about the situation and said she "wanted to make things right." I would definitely recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

Second time I've stayed here and it has been amazing. The General Property Manager was super sweet and everyone was very nice. The rooms are very clean and the parking lot is safe even late at night. If you are staying in the area stay here.

Great stay! Friendly and helpful staff. The couch pullout bed in the suite should be thrown away bc it's not meant for a person to lay on it. Just saying(future purchase recommendations: sofa bed) 😊

Traveled here for a golf tournament with another colleague staying in another room for 3 days. I've been a Gold Elite member with Marriott for a number of years and have stayed at their hotels all over the world. This one rates far below average and as far as Courtyards go, needs major improvements
- no acknowledgement of being one of their members upon check in
- a bit of confusion about the room even though I've checked in via their mobile check-in
- no bottled water in the room or one offered at check-in
- bath tub had ants but more worrisome was the mold they appeared to have covered up with chalk. Are you kidding me? How lazy are you people to not properly scrub that off
- now I know this is set by Marriott but $12 for a glass of wine and $12.50 for a shot of whiskey, really????
In conclusion, I saw no difference between a loyal patron and someone just staying there for a night or two with no intention or loyalty to a particular hotel chain. And plz don't tell me that somehow the internet for me is complimentary as it's pretty much a moot point in the age of where the phone is more powerful than a NASA computer from the 60s.
Very disappointed. This courtyard needs to take a lesson or two from countless courtyards across US and Canada

Very nice and clean Fitness center and pool definitely a plus!.. Wish there was a continental breakfast But otherwise no regrets.
