Awesome place to stay. I love it every time I stay there. Friendly staff who always give great service!
I've stayed in the hotels in this area plenty of times. Will stay here again. Love the area...a plethora of places to eat and easy access to the interstate
When we reached the fourth floor, it looked like it had flooded or had some water damage. There was a foul musty humid smell that permeated the entire hallway. The room doors were warped. You could see light coming through our room from the outside entry. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was a very very low and there was water damage on the inside of the window frame. However, there seem to be plenty of pressure from the shower and toilet. Not par for Hilton from my experience. Obviously they have some work to do.
Stayed 3 nights, clean and well stocked- this part gets a 4 star. But
No menu in the room for room service. I called and she said 5 mins she'd have one brought up. It never showed..after waiting 35 mins I went to order at the bar. Worse service ever. Rude and just not a happy person. We left and decided to go elsewhere to get food after waiting another 15.
Rooms are well kept and clean. Front desk is very helpful and nice. Good hotel to stay at, it's my usual when I'm in town for work.
The views are amazing and rooms are emaculate. The service is top notch. This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.
My stay was positive and great all around. Unfortunately I had to speak with Jeff (Front Desk) today, who made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant in an instant. The front desk representative was very rude, entitled and his only answers were "I don't know what I can do for you," "There is nothing I can do for you." As a customer service representative there is no "NO, I can't help you" answers for a customer. Customer Service 101, "I am sorry I can't help you at this point but I will contact someone that will be able to help you." It is just basic skills that a customer service representative should know. Jeff aggressively hanged up the phone on me after telling me that there is nothing more to talk about.

I want to say thank you so much to Maria Elaina who helped get us a cart and move our ample luggage when all the cars were missing (they only had 2 tiny carts that I saw at this Hilton). Maria went above and beyond to help out a new mother with a tiny baby and we are so grateful. On the whole people were very friendly especially the kitchen staff (but not the cook). The front end people really could have done more to help with or luggage but Maria was the one who helped.
Checked into room 327 on 8/13. We couldn't find a luggage cart and asked the young lady at the front desk who said "They should be by the ATM machine". I told her there was none there and she seemed to be ok with that, no attempt was made to find one for us, so we had to make multiple trips to our car to get everything as we were staying for 3 nights.
The room was nice until we went in the bathroom and had paint chips in the bathtub and all sorts of paint chips hanging from the ceiling.
In the morning we went to the dining room where the service was very good, until you looked up and saw all the dead flies in the 4 chandeliers. I mentioned this to the front desk and he said he would pass it on to maintenance, the next morning all the flies were still there. This is not what we expect from a Hilton property.
The parking is great and the building but while I was outside fixing a flat tire I got a lot of attention and people taking photographs
Staff was very professional and efficient. I ended up with a handicap room but it was corrected with ease. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Great locations a few minutes from Pembroke Pines malls. The pool was nice. They had to help me log on you the internet service. They did and was nice about it. The internet service worked well. I have no complaints.
This is a great hotel! The AC is good and cold, the shower is consistent and runs great. Staff are polite and the light blocking curtains do an amazing job.
My room is comfortable and the A/C works well. Everything is very clean and employees are friendly, particularly the evening bartender and breakfast server. I have also seen several birds I haven't seen before, which for me is very pleasant!
This hotel is what it advertises comfortable, the breakfast in bar excellent. The room is comfortable cleaned laundry delivered to the room. I found a hotel very comfortable and enjoy Hilton Garden Inn. I stay here after staying at a horrible Hampton Inn in Pembroke Pines. It's nice to get recognized as a diamond and treated well with good service. The only thing that I would say I have a problem about is not having diamond parking. Coming in late night and need to park in the back. Overall, very nice as advertised.
