The young lady up front (I'm terrible with names) was very friendly, but not annoyingly like most are. I only stayed one night but the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast smelled great. Anough food options around to keep you happy.

I was super weary from the road! This place was a welcome break. The food was great and the staff was extremely helpful. They upgraded my room to a Jacuzzi suite at no charge to me !

Have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have not been disappointed. The staff is always friendly - some more than others - but that's life. The room has always been clean, "great job housekeeping" .

Check in was a breeze, staff is friendly, and the beds are comfy. Our room is clean, and the neighbors (if I even have any) are quiet. Close to shopping, theater, and restaurants (easily within walking distance). If I have the need to stay in Aiken again, I will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Very pleasant room, walkable location to the whole commercial district, quintessential Garden Inn ambiance downstairs. Best part is the staff, though! Really kind and sweet folks. Only downside is hot breakfast is an extra $11.

Lovely spacious room with a large clean bathroom. We were staying after a wedding we attended in town, it was a great choice of hotel. We opted to upgrade to the whirlpool tub for a few extra bucks and were very glad we did. The room was really incredible especially considering the price.

I spent a week here. The staff was friendly and courteous at check in, including a call to the room to ensure everything was as expected. The beds are sleep comfort adjustable, the dial is on the top left of the bed were the box spring would be. The restaurant food is well put together and reasonable on price. Breakfast is made to order or continental. There is a bar open until 10pm. The rooms are well stocked with coffee and tea for a kuerig. Rooms have a modern feel.
