Location is great. Welcoming reception is great, except Dawn couldn’t accommodate complimentary highest floor when I asked - was disappointing. Website needs to work on mentioning that pool is close due COVID, because that was the reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast also not available which needs to be mentioned. Room service is not available, only refreshing the towels if asked 24 hours ahead of time. Parking is available for additional 19 bucks a day. Quality of rooms are 4star. Overall not bad.
Great staff and service at the hotel. Only thing that sucks is that I had to pay $32 for parking at the garage for the day. Additionally, they need to clean the vents at the hotel, I know it’s probably not their fault but the cleaning company they hire, but the dust in air vent in the bathroom was fairly excessive.
Everything else was great.
I’ll be here for 4 days. The 50$/night incidental fee was NOT mentioned when I booked with a representative over the phone! Very disappointed in that. $200 withheld from your debit cards-out of town funds is not ideal. 200!!! Extra Parking fee is horrible. How is that not included? Disappointed in you guys Denver! I’m from Atlanta, southern hospitality is everything y’all
They had the best hotel in town! My children love our stay every time we spend our holidays here. They enjoy swimming and it was safe because it wasn't too deep for the kids. Although my children know how to swim, it's safe for the sake of the other children! They even had a fitness gym that was best for you and your husband. What a wonderful hotel!
The hotel is very comfortable and in a very convenient location in the downtown area. The staff is very friendly.
Only issue is the PARKING.
The hotel shares a public parking garage across the street.
The hotel charges a NON-REFUNDABLE $32 a day exit ticket. For any additional exit tickets is just an additional $1.
If you plan on coming and leaving multiple times a day than it would be considered a savings.
If you plan on leaving once for the day and come back at night. Than you would be giving extra money to the hotel for nothing additional.
I personally arrived at 6:30pm the previous night, checked-in, not knowing the actual plaza parking rates I was talked into the $32 a day deal. The following morning I left the garage at 11am to be charged $26 at the gate. I ended up using the voucher coupon provided by the hotel. I lost $6.
The hotel should inform the customer about the public rates as well as their policy. The front desk was extremely helpful when confronted and apologized for the confusion and refunded me a $32 charge.
Here's a picture of the plaza parking garage rates to help compare your best options.
