Love this campground! A perfect little place for peace and serenity. Thank you Craig and Linda for providing such a wonderful amazing place for others to enjoy.

Craig, the owner was gracious and accommodating, especially as he let me stay for one night in one of his vacant cabins, while only charging me the tenting rate. The campground is not fancy, but it's in very picturesque woodland and the minimal accommodations are very clean, if not luxurious. A perfect location for lovers of nature camping who don't mind roughing it out (fear not, one can still take hot showers and access full-plumbing bathrooms). If you're looking for 5-star camping, it's probably not the place for you.

If you own a dog that is a Labrador Retriever breed you will be turned away. My 10 year old dog is the friendliest dog and very well trained. Last campground we stayed at mine was praised for his behavior while all the small ones barked 24/7 he was quiet.

My family and I spent a great weekend at this campground. We loved staying right on the river. We had fun swimming, kayaking & fishing in the river. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Wanted to camp there. Even though they permit dogs, they considered our 13 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, bird dog, a vicious dog breed

We had a group there this past Memorial Day weekend and had a fantastic experience. Great location, campsites were nice and shady, bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and access to the river is icing on the cake. Will definitely return!

We have faithfully camped here for over 6 years. The cabins are wonderful for family retreats. We've made many lovely memories there. From nice evening bonfires, to canoeing down the river.

This campground is ideal for the roughing it out kind of camper. No RV's is a MAJOR + in my book. There is a very nice river that runs by the sites. I woke up and saw a family of deer drinking from it which was an amazing site. It is out in the middle of farms so it is quiet which is what camping is all about for me. I will surely be camping there again this year!
PS. Leave your kids at home, this campground isn't for them.response / report this review
