Huge two room suite for $110. 50 yards from side entrance of hotel to Drury Lane Theater. Use Hilton Honors app to check in electronically, see hotel floorplan, select room, and use electronic key. 10 story atrium, first class. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a good property with large rooms (ideal for traveling family), and plenty of on-site amenities. They offer a indoor pool, gym, restaurant, business center and large lounge. They also dressed the property up for Christmas, which was a nice touch. The furniture in the room was a little dated, but fine for our needs. Room had a little wear and tear.
My visit was very brief but the staff was very polite and accommodating. The facility was very clean and parking was not a problem.
Suites are large, and comfortable, slightly older but still nice and very clean. The staff is super friendly, maid service is doing a great job. I travel all over the country every other month and I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel and the staff are awesome. I've done work events and never had a complaint. The food from the restaurant is delicious!
I stayed overnight at this hotel while attending a business meeting conducted in one of the conference rooms in the hotel. The rooms were very spacious suites. Everything was clean and I enjoyed the open space inside the hotel. The bathroom had a stand-up shower in addition to a traditional bathtub which I appreciated. The shower had good water pressure and unlike many instances where the floor has no non-slip costings, the shower's stone ground floor felt very safe. The room didn't seem like it had been updated in a decade or so (apart from new TVs) but I still thought everything was relatively nice. I would recommend a stay here for anyone. The conference room and food accommodations were satisfactory as well.
Large and clean rooms. Some rooms may need minor renovations but did not affect our experience at the hotel. Would definitely stay at again. Service staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great customer service. Clean suites. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Such a great shuttle guy (taking a bow for Bill).
The Hilton Suites have huge rooms. Like the name suggests, each "suite" includes a separate living room and bedroom, as well as a very large bathroom with a tub and shower. The rooms are a little old, but clean. The breakfast has a good variety of choices, though if it doesn't come included with your room, it's ridiculously expensive ($20/person!). My one critique is the location. It's out by itself on a large lot and does not have any other restaurants or shopping in the immediate vacinity. They offer free shuttle service to the nearby mall, but if the shuttle is busy, it might require a wait.
Hotel is OK but very standard. Unfortunately there was a big soccer tournament the same weekend so there were a bunch of kids running all through the hotel. Not alot on the amenities. If you can afford it I recommend the other upscale Hilton suites nearby.
Walked across the plaza here from the Hilton Garden Inn for dinner. Was not very good. Had the Reuben that had corned beef and pastrami seasoned pork belly on Cuban bread. Very dry. Very salty. Service was good though
Overall extremely nice however the furniture needs upgrading especially the chair and ottoman to recliners i couldn't get comfortable except on the floor or in bed. The staff was amazing friendly. Put a recliner in the rooms and give adults till 11-12 in the pool and whirlpool i would give it a five easy one hour alone isn't enough most places keep a few hours of just adults 9-12 would be great overall i loved the stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Chicago. We were there for a marriage retreat called a weekend to remember. The room was great the service was 2nd to none. Every move we made there was someone there to help us. The retreat was great and it being held at the Hilton made it that much better!!
It's a decent hotel. The rooms are clean and they are all suites. The bedroom areas can be closed off from the hallway/atrium with doors to the living room area and the bathroom. The location is convenient enough to the Oak Brook vicinity, and the room rates are very reasonable. The breakfast is OK.
