I haven't personally stayed here but my friends who are LOVE it and are already talking about going for the summer season next year. The owner is always available for whatever is needed and super friendly!

The owners of Pine Crest are wonderful. We are new to RV ing and had/Have a lot to learn regarding our motor home. Susan & Jim (the owners) and Bobby (a handyman) Have gone out of their way to check on us and make sure we were having a great experience.
Susan, Jim, & Bobby stop by almost daily to ensure we are getting along. If we don't know how to do something, they immediately spring into action and show us how to do it by actually doing it themselves first.
Awesome service, customer oriented, and an obsession to help their guests make Pine Crest the campground of choice when in the NY/PA area. Don't miss it!!!response / report this review -

New owners John and Susan are great. Nice roomy spots. Everyone at the campground is very friendly. Pet friendly. 2017 season will now have a splash pad area for the kids. Updated play areas for the kiddos are being put in.
We stayed on 4th of July weekend 2016. Very Nice fireworks, along with live band.
Small fishing pond for the kids, The Susquehanna River for fishing and boating. In ground pool, huge playing field for kids and adults. Pavilion area. roomy and clean bath houses. Cabin rentals.

Kim is a great owner and host. Quiet campground with a pool, activities for all and a great view of the Susquehanna river and the rates are fare and reasonable. You will enjoy this quiet get away and walk feeling refreshed.

this place is no good , i took my grandkids there after i had promissed them a camping trip , i looked at the web site to make sure i could bring my wife's puppy after reading they are pet friendly i called made reservation's and we went ,i got there paid for my site and was going to start un loading things the lady that owns the place seen our puppy , now mind you this puppy is only 5 pounds if that and 3inches tall and maybe 6 inches long ,any ways the owner lady seen it and through us out because we had it , even though there other campers there with very large dog's she argued with me saying she was not a pet friendly camp ground so i grabbed my internet phone and was bringing her web site up , she then got on her own computer and seen it in fact said it was a pet friendly campground and then told that was only if i owned my own camper , now it say's nothing like that what so ever on the web site and she insisted we leave and even had to argue with her to get our money back .. so i say this to all who read this if your looking for a good place to camp a good family campground go to lakeside campgrounds very friendly owners and every one that camp there is also very friendly and is truly a pet friendly campground with lots of activities ,a very nice lake and i could just go on and on abut the good things and people at lakeside . thanks to the pine crest owner lady making us leave my family and have found our new seasonal campgrounds at lakeside i couldn't have found a better place to spend my summers other then lakeside camp
