First time at Stokes Trainor GMC. It was by far the best experience at a dealership I've had. I took my vehicle in for service and Scottie and his crew were great. Scottie kept me informed of all other issues and even offered to get me lunch. Every associate from sales to service came over to see if I was good. Best people ever. I will go back to them for everything.

The rear defroster quit working on my 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LT. After some discussion it was determined that the repair(glass replacement) was covered under the Warranty. Thanks again to Scott P. and Karl.
