Best experience I've had buying new bike. My wife and I had just gotten off the Creeper Trail and decided to casually stop by to see what they had. With no intentions of buying a new bike, we left with a beautiful Electra Townie for my wife. The store was well stocked, with a couple of guys in the back repairing bikes, and courteous non-pushy salespeople. I was so impressed I even left my bike to get a tune up.

Most bike stores can seem a bit daunting for those who are simply casual riders, or not willing to purchase a high-end bike. Highlands is different (i.e. better) and because of this, they've won (and will continue to win) my business as long as they keep their professional and welcoming business manner.
