I have used Blue Blaze many times. Shuttles are good. Bikes are decently maintained. Good selection of bikes. Spend the money on a gel seat cushion if you aren't used to riding for 3-4 hours at a time.

We've used them every visit to the Creeper Trail, and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We've never had a problem with the bikes and always have so much fun! Highly recommended!

Staff is very friendly and respectful. Overall a wonderful experience. The bikes are well maintained. They provide you with helmets too and a free bottle of water and a repair kit in case you get a flat tire. It's my go to place for riding the Creeper Trail!

Our experience at Blue Blaze was fantastic. You are offered a choice of a mountain or country style bike, all of which seemed well maintained and adjusted. A bottle of water is also included with the fee. Shuttle service was prompt. Blue Blaze is a no-frills operation, but we'll definitely use them again when we travel the Creeper Trail.
