Over charged for an front end alignment job and truck still pulls to the right. Was quote $175 for the job and $138 per hour labor to replace both tie rod endbill ended up being over $650 ..what they didn't tell me was the 175 was for use of the equipment only then they added labor on top of that for both jobsthe mechanic done a lot of walking around instead of working..he didn't even know how to use the equipment and had to get someone to show him how to set it up and do the jobwon't be back again

Drop my truck off on Friday, didn't get it back till damn near closing time Wednesday for a heater repair. Was told 5 different times when it would be ready .

I came in because my fuel filter pressure was high and I was too lazy to change it myself. Plus it's a 2016 engine and not everyone had one in stock (I know, but like I said I didn't feel like doing it myself)
These people were very friendly, had the part I needed and changed both filters in no time at all, then pressure washed my engine. I have no complaints at all. They were busy and I was a drive up. They could have sold me the filters and told me to do it myself it wait several hours then charged me for being lazy.

I've used this dealership twice for service work. I didn't have any problem getting in with only a days notice. The repairs were done to my complete satisfaction and in a very timely manner. I only wish that they were located closer to Texas instead of Rush Peterbilt, which for me is no choice at all.

This is the biggest joke I have ever seen. Need a low beam plug. Sat 7 hours one wrong plug and the rudest people I have ever seen

I came in just before closing. I blew an injector. They diagnosed the problem quickly. Put me on the schedule for the next work day. That is the best that I could expect. They even have a secure lot where I could park my trailer.

U don't know why i love this place it stuff service clothing trucks and everything else and 1 thing it has the truck my father used to have it's the one in purple and one day I will buy it it's truck number is 7 not just 7 it was 07 painted yellow and JT transport is my father's name also yellow and guess what he had to pay a little bit of stuff and filter is different from the rest so.5 stars to you Fitzgerald Peterbilt of Virginia bless you for an enternity thank you for having something I had in the past also when I buy it I am going to drive it because it's a special moment for me and I will drive when am 12 right now.But still bless this company as I age and for so on I do this day bye and have a good lifetime.

36 hours to replace a 1.5" belt on an 07 379. I'm a company driver so I don't carry or install them myself. Belts should be standard stocking items and shouldn't need to be overnighted nor should it take 7 hours the next day to put it on. One star added for a seemingly self-filling coffee pot, comfortable lounge and good wifi.

Towed in for breakdown, my truck was put in a bay immediately and diagnosed very quickly and repaired. Techs seemed very knowledgeable .I don't usually review places, but service like this should be acknowledged,and is very hard to find. I've been a driver for 21 yrs. And 18 of them as a owner operator believe me when I say this place is owner operator heaven! Keep up the good work Fitzgerald Peterbilt.
