My wife and I recently bought a Ford C-Max at Highland Park Ford Lincoln and it was a fantastic experience. We were nervous to make a car purchase but we had done a lot of homework to make sure we were getting a car with great gas mileage, as well as at a good price.

As soon as we began talking, the salespeople addressed our concerns and we had a straight-forward conversation that quickly led us to a mutually agreed upon price.

The salesperson Chip was courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained everything to us. After the sale, he even took time to go over every feature of our new car. My wife and I are both so glad we made the decision to buy here!

From the very beginning the staff at Ford Highland Park have been excellent and extremely accommodating to my requirements and situation. The offers on the cars were very competitive and I was pleased to see that the rebate on one of the cars was even better when we signed! The cars are lovely and after a few weeks with the cars we received some cookies from Ford Highland Park to say thank you - simply incredible service! I would highly recommend Highland Park Ford to anyone looking to get some great cars at great prices with amazing customer service!

I've been visiting HP Ford for almost a year and I can say they have truly been awesome. Brian is always on point when it comes to my vehicle. I decided to try them because they were close to my employer and things couldn't have gone any better. I can have my car serviced on my break and picked up by lunch or sometimes before. I brought my hard earned money to these guys because everything was straight forward, most importantly and I can't express this enough, "They work for You & Your Money.

I was getting very high interest rates by 2 other dealers, when an associate referred me to Highland Park Ford. I spoke with Matt Price, and within 2 days, I was driving a brand new car purchased from HPF with 0% financing & a great deal on the car. No gimmicks, no tricks, no smoke in mirrors, just straight up good guys, working for YOU.

Matt was efficient as well I found him to be very easy to talk to, because he listens & executes delivery of what he promises. I've never seen a dealership work for the consumer as these gentleman did. I was impressed with their honesty & excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership & their staff.

My experience was with the Service Department. I needed a grease and oil and it was done efficiently and quickly. I especially like the multi-point check performed. As a senior woman, this is important to me so that I don't have to worry about my car mal-functioning. Was also impressed that I would have received a free car wash. However I declined as I had just had my car washed. Next time I'll know better!!! It's also nice to have a comfortable spot to wait while my car is being serviced. Overall, a good experience and Jonathon did a fine job of answering my questions and going over all the paper work.

My visit was hassle free! Ford Lincoln Mercury is a great place. The service department was extremely the very best! Don in service was cordial and did a excellent job Making sure my car and myself were covered with the best service ever. I didn't have to worry about a car, because there was always a rental car waiting for me. Don actually walked me through the whole process and did a excellent job. He called me to keep me in tune as my car was being serviced. Don did everything one could to keep his customer happy and I was certain that everything will go smooth. I want to thank DON And the whole rest of the team at Ford Lincoln Mercury for their great service! I love my Lincoln!
