  I was trying to order some custom water labels for an event. I wanted to keep it local so I was wanting to use Highbridge. It took me sending an email & calling TWICE to get to speak with someone. They transferred me to Kim where she was extremely rude. She even told me that she wasn't in charge of this anymore so she wasn't sure of the prices so she sounded like she was guessing. Her rudeness was very unappreciated. I will take my business elsewhere.

  It is a special place with allot history from the springwater to what out use to be was a mushroom farm

  Let me start this off by saying this rating reflects only one person. When I was inquiring the price for water I was given an estimate reflecting that the first month would be more expensive than the rest. Fair enough. I then proceeded to ask for the price of water going forward which was quoted to me as 25-30 dollars. The next month I received a bill with a water cooler rent which I concede is fair to ask but it was never explained to me. If u deal with a Kim know that it will be more expensive than she says. The rest of the staff was great especially the delivery guys!!! This is a rating for Kim. When I called her she openly lied to me saying she would never tell someone that. Well she told it to me.

  Great family owned business and the first bottled water I ever remember seeing. I support local businesses whenever possible and supporting Highbridge is an easy decision.

  Highbridge Springs is what I love in my life. The water always has a delicious taste, and the deliveries are never ever late. Even better, I just moved, and it was so easy to change addresses, I almost couldn't believe it! Just 1 email sent at 1am is all it took and it was taken care of before I woke up. I have just spent 3 days trying to get my Time Warner Cable Internet switch over and all the equipment is mine anyways. It could have been easy, but it took 3 days and 4 phone calls (3 of which we're automated, one being a survey). Highbridge Springs on the other hand, is always easy. Nothing is every too complicated and they don't take time out of my day. If only every business could be as smooth as Highbridge Springs
