  My wife and I worked with High Country Enterprises and Real Estate to find our dream mountain home and Scott Gordon did not disappoint. Scott's knowledge of the area is extremely impressive. He listened to what we wanted and turned it into reality. Very thankful that we found Scott and ultimately the perfect mountain house for our family.

  We live in Atlanta and had been looking for property in Ashville NC, which we love but is a little bit bohemian for our taste. On a whim we drove to Banner Elk on a free weekend and met with Scott Gordon at Eagles Nest Realty. This mountain community immediately appealed to us, and we quickly developed a rapport with Scott. He took the time to show us the area, the town of Banner Elk and spend time answering our questions. He introduced us to one of the main builders in Eagles Nest, and took us to many different lots and proprieties. We discussed investment, rental options and quickly got an education on the alternatives with regard to a second property. In the end we purchased a lot in Eagles Nest, and are now deciding what we want to build on that property. Scott has become a friend, and we heartily recommend Eagles Nest Realty!
